Very rude stay. More concerned of soda machine than attending the long line. Food took over 20 minutes to prepare while the GM documented for temperatures instead of helping staff. Petty customer service.

This location is a disaster. Awful. I don't know how they can work so badly. They have most of the plates empty, so they serve you a portion and it sits there cold until they cook what's left, and it happened to me more than once, it's no coincidence. The cheese rangoons are empty, without filling. I ordered 2 orders of 3 and 2 came empty, just fried dough. The one who cooked did things 1 at a time. Without desire. I worked in a kitchen and I know how to work. A real disaster
Ordered food through their online service with Uber eats and what I received as far as a portion was absolutely ridiculous. After calling, and speaking with the manager, Leandra, she states that it was out of her hands, and I had to contact Uber Eats. The problem was not with a delivery. It was with the portion that the restaurant served. And now they’re trying to pass it off to another companies fault. Very bad business practice.

Often times I pull up to the drive thru starving and they have run out of the food I like. As a restaurant, they should continue cooking until late in the evening, it seems like they stop cooking certain foods too early. This has happened to me too many times. I will no longer visit Panda Express!

Don’t ever order the apple pie roll!!! They have advertisement everywhere but it’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. It’s so bad, I had to spit it out. Just awful!! It even smelled like fish a bit. So
