The food was completely oily, the place was filthy. Nobody knew how to give proper information and cashier seemed annoyed because I asked her to repeat what she said since I could barely understand her. And I speak Spanish myself! There was food and spilled soda everywhere, kids sleeping on the chairs as if it was their house. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This Panda Express is hands down the best. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful, the food honestly is the best I’ve had from this chain and it’s just a great spot!

I visted this location on Wednesday, 8/28. I had to wait for fresh lomein . As I waited for about 5 minutes which was no problem. The server who was a tall, big, Hispanic woman with black hair received the freshly cooked lo mein from the cook and proceeded to make plates of current customers. As she went to get my bowl she added the old lomein to the freshly cooked ones. I asked her why did she do that when I was asked to wait for fresh ones and now you're giving me old lo mein. She responded with an attitude saying I am giving you the fresh one. There's no way that was possible because she already mixed the old ones with the fresh ones I walked out of that restaurant not giving them a penny of my money. The location here on SW. 120th St. in Miami, Florida. The workers are absolutely rude and prejudice.
The employee with black hair and white eyeliner was horrendously disrespectful over something as simple as a drink order. I asked for one of the new lemonades, but she handed me a regular soda cup instead. I didn’t realize they came in different cups, and when I asked about it, she gave me major attitude. Instead of just correcting the mistake (which I would have gladly paid for), she became extremely rude, raised her voice, and even walked away like I had disrespected her. Absolutely terrible customer service over a cup. Please learn to treat customers better.

I just don’t think it’s fair that I have multiple plates, I ask for multiple teriyaki sauce and I only get one. This is EVERY TIME, it happens so often that I had to do this and I never do this.

I entered the store to pick up an order and I could hear screaming the manager Daryl was screaming at the female employees and calling them names. This manager needs to be retrained. He needs to learn how to speak to employees professionally he should not be speaking to anyone like that especially in front of the customers. The work environment was hostile.

If you want to be ignored and watch endless online orders being filled this is the place to go. The customer service used to be good here but not anymore.

We go here very often. The ladies working there are awesome and on point. It's also a plus they offer military/veterans discounts.
