Looks like their staff is only trained to take care of online orders only even if their is a long line waiting to place their orders. The associate ignored me while she was finishing an online order and continued to do a whole new online order that just got placed until I finally got the associates attention, and I was told to wait. I know stores need to make money but it looks like management in that location does not care about their customers or that's how corporate wants their stores to be ran.

After waiting an additional 25 min, was told I needed to wait 5 more minutes for one of the chickens I ordered or I could sub it out. When I tried to sub it out, they tried to charge me extra. My order was 30 + minutes late and the staff laughed about it.

I love Panda Express but this is the worst one ever. I've been here twice within the past 3 months and it's the same garbage. The staff is horrible and have nasty attitude. I placed a mobile order and once I received the "it's ready" text I went in and had to wait 25 mins for my food. There were more than 5 people in line waiting for their food. The manager in charge literally sent 2 people to break knowing the place was packed with people waiting for food and then had the audacity to tell the other employee "don't rush, take ur time it's just us two" like seriously. Never going back I rather drive a little further than to go back here again.
