TO WHOM IT CONCERNS
I enjoy the sandwiches and other delicacies that they sell in these food chains. I went to this place thinking about the experience I have had in the other Panera locations. I ordered a sandwich, a salad and two soft drinks to take away and share with my daughter when I got home. I was surprised to see half of a sandwich, my daughter said how is it new, this insurance came like this and I didn't call to complain. But tonight I went back to Panera in Cutler Bay where I live and ordered the same sandwich, surprise! It was large and came complete for the same price. He considered it disrespectful that a payment takes the order with the certainty of good service.
I very cordially request that those who supervise the service of this specific site provide good training so that the good name of Panera is not tarnished by opinions like mine due to poor service.
As soon as they do something I will delete my comment after going to receive the excellent service that I am sure will improve.

To-go only shop, food was good, but the counter person was on his phone instead of helping customers. I know Panera forces you to use the app or store kiosks, but when they get the order wrong, like mine, they should be available and not on their phone.

Reprimanding your employee infront of all your customers waiting for their food (5 of us waiting) was NOT the correct thing to do. If something needs to be addressed never do it in front of your customers… also there is 0 reason to speak to him that way you did, regardless of the mistake made. I will most certainly NOT come back to your location.

Management and staff more professional than any other I've been to.

Vegetarian options: The new veggie Mediterranean sandwich was so good.

Keep in mind this is a Panera To-Go. So no inside seating. There is some covered outdoor seating on the property. All ordering is contactless and done at kiosk. Place was very clean. Food took a little longer than expected, but was comparable to other Paneras. It is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel we stayed on in Blue Lagoon. Good lunch/dinner option when you are traveling without a rental car.

This location is prime real estate. I would like to see some changes made to bring more business. A more highly energized staff would bring in more customers.

This Panera was one of the best I've ever been to. Clean and tidy with a great atmosphere. Employees are super helpful and I'm glad to have rapor with them each time I return as a regular. The Manager solves all the issues that ever arise with my orders and coordinates with me to make sure I never have an unsatisfying experience. Glad to have this Panera run by these people so near me

I had an issue last week with an online order and the manager was very helpful! Manager went out of his way to coordinate with the delivery driver and help me figure out what went wrong, and stayed with me on the phone to guide me on how I could get my order because the system was down at the time. :) Also very nice staff in general, this location is a little bit different because they don’t have seating but everyone was still as helpful as possible!

Horrible service. There was an issue with the system and the manager couldnt do anything. Panera you need to train your managers or fire the current one. Absolutely useless.

Very happy about the location; now folks don't have to drive so far. Good food, friendly staff, clean store. I can either order from the app, from a kiosk, or directly at the counter from a human. Good options. Again, happy about the new location.
