I came here regularly. Very laid back. The service is nice and the order is always correct.

As someone who grew up in Saint Louis where Panera stems from, I’m so disappointed in the trajectory it has taken. From a lovely family atmosphere with quality products, to a profit over people mentality. The only thing that kept me around was the bagels, but today I tried them and they taste so dry and stale. The workers try their best to make the place welcoming, but it’s such a sad shell of what used to be a thriving business in the early 2000s. After JAB acquired the company in 2017, it’s gone way down hill. I hope either they realize it’s time to switch their trajectory back to quality ingredients or I see them slowly fading in the coming years. These people never learn and evidently the regional manager doesn't care. The music is always too loud and the AC is ridiculously cold all the time. Not to mention that the food portions have gotten smaller while the prices have gone up. Panera is no longer the go-to place it used to be.
If you like over priced day old bagels this is the place for you.
