Not feeling like fast food, I decided to go to Panera on Flagler in Miami. Had my go to broccoli and cheese soup with a ciabata steak cheese sandwich. Didn't have to wait long and this location has a drive thru as well. Lots to do in the area.

Lately the quality has been changed. I ordered soup and Sandwich. Really expensive because the portion is very small and bad quality. The poor portions make a really bad experience.

My experience last Sunday was not the best. I ordered a croissant sandwich and they gave it to me with another type of bread without mentioning it before or after, they simply wanted it to go unnoticed. Also, the hot chocolate was too watery and when I went to change it, the employee had an unfriendly attitude. Overall, the service was not friendly, even though I did not ask for a refund or make any additional demands.

Every single employee at this franchise deserves a significant pay increase. I will always drive out of my way to this specific location when I feel like having some Panera bread in my life.
