I usually enjoy Panera Bread, but every time I order through the drive-thru, my order is never completed correctly. Something is always missing or wrong, which is very frustrating when you pay for items you don’t receive. The food itself is good, but the inconsistency and lack of attention to detail make the experience really disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue because it happens way too often.

awesome my first time going and just like that I’m a regular this one of new fav meals and I appreciate the workers helping me decide on what to order last night, literally have never been to Panera but in sick and wanted some soup, they delivered!!
Not feeling like fast food, I decided to go to Panera on Flagler in Miami. Had my go to broccoli and cheese soup with a ciabata steak cheese sandwich. Didn't have to wait long and this location has a drive thru as well. Lots to do in the area.

Lately the quality has been changed. I ordered soup and Sandwich. Really expensive because the portion is very small and bad quality. The poor portions make a really bad experience.
