The Panera's are the best, especially this one in West Flagler, it is one of the newest, the employees are super hospitable, I regularly order through the app and I spend hours there because the seats are comfortable and the internet is very good. Something is missing in the cleanliness of the bathroom. By now it seemed like a bathroom on the way, that's why the 4 stars, the menu is somewhat expensive but if you pay attention to the rewards you can lower the costs, be careful as they announce a revolution in their prices and changes in the menu

One of the more mismanaged Paneras I've been to and I've been to many.The soda was hot and flat. The ice machine was empty. In the end they just left a bucket of ice on the counter. The milk for the coffee was always empty. All of these mishaps occured when the restaurant wasn't even busy at all. I would hate to see what happens if they are busy.While waiting there for food, I also saw many customers complain they received the wrong order or something was missing from their meals.Such a shame as the location of the Panera is good but poor service and management.

Perhaps the worst Panera I've been to, and I have been to so many on the entire East Coast from Maine to Florida.Garbage litter the floor.Staff are busy socializing in loud Spanish. English speaking staff non-existent. You serve the public, please hire an English speaking staff.Literally, every table is dirty.Soda machine had stale sodas with NO ICE coming out of machine. They do not take care of their soda machine here at all.Iced coffee missing nowhere to be found.Place needs an overhaul of its management team.
I just picked up my order and in my cookie i found a green fuzz. It seemed to be baked into the cookie. Had to throw it away :(
