I wish I could give more stars ?What a great experience I had with the cashier Javier it was my first time going into this panera and let me tell me and my children will have no problem driving all this way just so Javier can take care of us he was so helpful an knowledgeable great attitude and so kind ....my new favorite Panera....thank you for the experience Javy...
Friendly staff and night manager at Panera in 136 street, Pinecrest. Had dinner, food and service was great. Very clean.

The place is fine but it annoys me that when you order pickup they mark that your order is ready, but you have to wait 15 minutes for it to ACTUALLY be ready. If it isnt ready, dont mark it as such. I was told my order was ready at 2 pm and i didnt actually get my food until 2:17pm.

Met a friend for lunch and noticed a few others enjoying the 'self-serve' atmosphere. I have a finicky appetite...salad was delicious! Dining room is spacious so we weren't rushed to leave as we seniors had lots to 'catch up' on. A few seniors with adaptive devices were there as well. Plenty of space between tables to navigate with a walker or large wheelchair plus wallspace to store.

Was kicked out 2 hours before closing. No reason given, just "The dining room is closed. You'll need to take your food to go."
This place has excellent food, they just need new staff.It doesnt matter how many mornings i order, my order is always wrong. This morning i ordered 4 sandwiches on Ciabatta. I got 4 sandwiches on brioche.They just give you what ever makes it easy for them rather its your order or not. This is the 4th straight morning my order has been wrong. I throw my hands up to this place. They just cant get anything right EVER.I will go to dunkin from now on in the morning as they know how to complete your order correctly.

I recently stopped here for lunch in the mood for trying something different. I was pleasantly surprised of the food quality, price and atmosphere. The staff was well trained, restaurant was clean and I really enjoyed the soup & sandwich combo. Their broccoli cheddar soup was outrageously good. I will definitely come back here again. Thanks.

Business is a little slow and they were out of cups the time I went there. The food was good though, great speed. Also the vibe of the area it's amazing the lights I loved sitting outside.
