I found a delicious Greek yogurt with granola, strawberries, honey and blueberries.

I waited for my order 30 min. My order never came. I asked for my order and the manager with a very rude attitude refunded my money. The manager was unprofessional

The worst customer service I ever had, this is the second time the I have to request to have my money back. one time I order a bagel and I wait more than 20 minutes so had to walk out with no bagel, the second time I order online and they give me the wrong bagel so I went back and they changed my bagel but it was so small and so tiny the I asked to have my money back.

Since I arrived in Miami I became a customer of theirs but some time ago they changed the menu excluding pizzas and other products, I think it was a very bad decision...very unfortunate, we loved going with my family

Very delicious soups and sandwiches

Food was delicious like always. I just didn’t like how one of the employees treated a customer. They were very rude and once the customer left they were making fun of her. Very distasteful.

I’ve been here before and the service was awful, the tables were sticky and dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a really long time. I tried one more time today, got there, all the chairs and tables outside had bird sht on them so I decided to order to go. No one was there to greet me. A few minutes later a young lady walked by I asked if she could help me she said “come on..” and made some kind of noise and looked really annoyed. I started ordering, she just stared off into space .. when I ordered the second item she barked at me “hold up hold up ya’ll going to fast what it is???” . I said excuse me? She said “man watchu want? We fina got deez flavas right here” and started pointing out different flavors, which I did try to explain to her in the beginning but she ingored me, so I said “yes I was trying to tell you before.. ok so Can I please have that one”. Then I tried to tell her the rest of my order and she barked at me and said something like “man whatchu want bruh?” And gave me a confused look like I had just spoke to her in a foreign language. I told her she had a bad attitude and left. Is this how Panera Bread holds its standard of customer service? No proper greeting, making things extremely difficult for no apparent reason, having employees act like their doing me a favor and that I’m not a paying customer and adressing me as “bruh”?

What a gem!! I have never seen a harder working group of people!! They are amazing especially during the lunch rush at the hospital! The manager that was on duty during lunch on Monday 7/8 was such a problem solver! We had a mix up with a sandwich for my mom (who's been extremely ill in the hospital for a while now) and without any of that knowledge he bumped me to the front and got the sandwich fixed and all with a smile! Love it!

As a person that was homeless for first part of being in miami this panera saved me in the heat many a day as I used my sips throughout the days. Being homeless and it a business I didn't try to spend all day there obviously but the staff were always great there and didn't treat me differently because of it
