Can be busy around lunchtime but otherwise very friendly service. Good food if you are stuck at he hospital.
Order Greek salad with chicken, but I got just regular salad with no chicken pay 12.83 just for an regular salad 😩

I like this place I lot but yesterday I was very disappointed I have Dr's appointment s twice a month at Jackson hospital an I tried to be 1hour before my app appointment just to enjoy my cup of coffee brocoli soup I'm a regular costumer yesterday I was end urgency to use the bathroom an I ask both of the cashiers and no one helped and tried to explained and they said they don't have bathroom code or numbers plus when I walk out of the store both start laughing I think is very disrespectful 😢

The food is terrible as all panera's are and super expensive, most of the time orders are wrong or missing
IN THE BEGINNING ..This location was everything.Menu is good as per usual..but the people who pass out the food..we the customers are not animals..maybe smile..say good morning..todays experience...its not everyone but all are the face of customer service.

I Asked For The Manager.. I Quote My Mom Peel Her Onions We Do Not Peel Onions Here @ Panera Bread.. Which Made Me More Upset.. The Second Sandwich Was Smaller

Incredibly crowded. You will wait quite a while for your food. It is rapidly made so the quality is particularly rushed. Unfortunate, but it’s the only food nearby.

Food was marked as ready for 20 minutes for pick up when it wasn’t. Asked for a refund and was initially told no and to wait. Rude staff and unwilling to assist. Terrible experience and will not go back.
Our cashier, Cielita was so nice and had a great personality! I work in food service so her attitude was much appreciated.
