Panera is always good....but this team here sucks...slow, not nice...

This Panera location honestly surprises me that it’s still open. The place is filthy, completely disorganized, and the staff keeps marking mobile orders as “ready” even when they’re nowhere near done. My order showed as ready in the app, but I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for it. If they can’t get basic cleanliness or accurate order timing right, something needs to change fast. Definitely not the Panera experience you expect.

This Panera needs new management. From the moment we ordered, we could tell there was tension between the employees. The dining area floor was dirty with chip bags and the straw wrappers; Tables had crumbs and had not been cleaned; we were not given a pager when we ordered so we were listening for our name when we look up and see our food on the counter. I asked the lady behind the counter if she had called our name because we didn’t hear it and she just shrugged her shoulders; part of my order was also missing; So sad to see a good franchise like Panera looking so unkept. I tend to go to the Panera by the Falls and have not seen these issues there. This can all easily be remedied with good management.

Today I bought a latte, and it was poorly made and ugly. This Panera Bread doesn't know how to make delicious coffee with love. It didn't have the foam that makes a latte delicious. See the picture below for a really good cafe late, and well done professional.

I used to get bagels from this store as they used to be fresh not anymore. Got everything bagels to my surprise they are hard as a brick I just throwed them away not worth breaking my teeth.

Ordered a door dash order a cinammon crunch bagel and a smoothie. They threw my bagel in the bag wrapped and stuck to all the napkins. The cinnamon crunch bagel wasnt not toasted, all the cinnamon sugar on it wasnt even on the bagel. Called the manager for an explanation and wasnt any help theres a reason they suck when it comes to door dash orders dont waste your money like i did on this panera. Ordered from so many other Paneras and never had this issue.
