The Manager George is wonderful. I witness something in his store where i agree that the customer was wrong. Mr George stayed calm and was professional the entire time. Great job Mr. George. I will shop at this Panera because of you. Keep up the great job!!!

I went yesterday to Panera on 4/14. The chicken noodle soup was expired. Truly disgusting and it made me so sick. The fact they are serving expired food is disappointing. The staff also needs to do a better job at cleaning the establishment.

Panera Bread offers a wide variety of freshly baked goods, sandwiches, salads, and soups, making it a popular choice for casual dining. The ambiance is typically cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere suitable for both solo diners and groups. Their commitment to quality ingredients, including antibiotic-free chicken and freshly baked bread, sets them apart. However, prices can be a bit on the higher side compared to similar fast-casual establishments. Overall, Panera Bread is a solid option for a quick and satisfying meal, especially for those looking for healthier alternatives.

The portions are kinda disrespectful. I ordered a bread bowl with mac n cheese, and the mac n cheese didn't even fill the bread bowl halfway. Compare my photo with the website, and come to your own conclusion. I paid $10.05. To be fair, the taste was good.

I think the most frustrating thing about ordering food is going home to see that your meal was not made properly. Of course I'll open the bag to make sure I have a sandwich, soup, etc. I'm not going to open the sandwich at the store. No one at this store knows the difference between arugula and field greens . It makes a big difference in a sandwich. And they always skip the smaller ingredients like chopped basil as well. I'm so done with this location.

By far the worst Panera bread I’ve been to. About a few months ago we went into the restaurant and while we were waiting in line we saw a dead roach on the floor and walked right out. This should of been the last time we ever stepped foot in that place but unfortunately it wasn’t. Today I went just to eat a chicken noodle soup (because I thought that’d be safe enough to eat) and I found a piece of plastic in my soup. Now I Can truly say I will never come back here!!!!

DISGUSTING !!! Flies everywhere, fresh food was great but not worth the flies on brownie I ordered. The cashier had to wave the brownies away before serving the brownie - put a cover on them ! Not that
