This place has terrible service and it seems like none of the managers care. I will definitely not be going back. Fortunately, there are better places around that have very good customer service. My dissatisfaction is that we arrived at this horrible place at 9:15 and when they served us, they gave us our food in a paper bag. When we wanted to sit at a table to eat with a plate, and according to the employee, they were going to close and there were 45 minutes left until closing.

Is sat panera bread is going down, we came at 7:30 pm, a lot of seats over of the tables and breads and pastries in bags, the order takes so long and avocado and vegetables are not fresh any more. Really sat.

I love Panera. Not all stores are the same but this one by the Metro Zoo is horrible. I have been sitting at the drive thru for over 26 mins for an order I placed online! I use to come frequently when it opened a few years back however I stopped coming due to the lack of customer service. Thought I would give it a shot again… It is the last time. The portion of food has also minimized but the cost hasn’t.

Recommend you to try Chicken Bacon Rancher Sandwich, it’s delicious!
I love coming here, it's like sitting on the couch at home......today I ate the SW Chicken Ranch salad for the first time....and the truth is it was delicious......of course they would have some sachets of olive oil and vinegar......(because there are many of us who like that extra dressing)....it would be much better......But it was certainly very tasty, offset by the protein and the crispy......I will certainly repeat for sure.🥗
On the other hand, the staff was very friendly, they reminded me of my offers and the offers they had today.
It is a clean and fresh place where the hours go by without me realizing it, I can study, review my emails, .....let's go... like at home...💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

This Panera next to metrozoo has a serious management issue. I go there for breakfast and they are short of soufflé very often. Hard to understand considering it is Panera and many people love it. Management is not on top of the business. To bad

I ordered 5 Asiago Bagel egg, cheese and sausage and only received cheese and eggs no sausage and still got charged for Sausage.
