After recovering from the flu, I was craving their Chocolate chip chippers. I picked them up thru the drive thru and noticed when I got home that they were hard as a rock. I called and spoke to Manager, Jorge Santos and he took care of the issue quickly. He made me fresh soft baked cookies the way they usually are and apologized for the inconvenience. Now that's what I call, amazing customer service! Thank you Jorge Santos and the cookies are delicious.

Josue attended me through the drive through with courtesy and a beautiful smile on his face. This man will be a manager or owner of a Panera Bread if not already. Their new Autumn Squash soup deliciously putting me into the upcoming fall season.

Great Panera Location! I go there quite often alone and with friends and the atmosphere always great, clean premises, good service and excellent food!

Recommend you to try Chicken Bacon Rancher Sandwich, it’s delicious!
