I live near this establishment, and unfortunately the service is consistently unacceptable. Every time I visit, the service is extremely slow. Today, I ordered a salad and was told they did not even have arugula available, which is basic for any restaurant offering salads. Despite having many employees on staff, the service remains highly inefficient.
Customer service clearly is not a priority here. The restaurant was practically empty, yet service was still slow and poorly managed. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to customers is unacceptable. Management needs to take immediate action to improve efficiency, staff training, and overall customer service.

Started going there after appointments at Baptist Health next door. I find this location to be quieter and more relaxing than some other locations. Food has always been fresh and great, service with a smile, and quite clean. A lot of business people eating and working on their portable devices. Very convenient just off Kendall Dr. and not to far from Krome Ave. so you can go north or south.

They have a lot of room for improvement. Not sure but because of the pandemic they refuse to put sugar inside your coffee, they have a certain attitude towards customers and the lines at the drive thru are horrendous. Even when the restaurant inside is empty, this is frustrating as they are the only panera bread near by. I hope they can take the criticism and improve.
