Started going there after appointments at Baptist Health next door. I find this location to be quieter and more relaxing than some other locations. Food has always been fresh and great, service with a smile, and quite clean. A lot of business people eating and working on their portable devices. Very convenient just off Kendall Dr. and not to far from Krome Ave. so you can go north or south.

They have a lot of room for improvement. Not sure but because of the pandemic they refuse to put sugar inside your coffee, they have a certain attitude towards customers and the lines at the drive thru are horrendous. Even when the restaurant inside is empty, this is frustrating as they are the only panera bread near by. I hope they can take the criticism and improve.

I like Panera. An iced caramel coffe with a cinammon scone, the potatoe loaded soup on Wednesday's. The sandwiches🙌so good! Now they have some mediterranean bowls that I love.

In a world where customer service no longer exists in most establishments, it’s so refreshing to go somewhere and be treated with respect and professionalism. The employees at this Panera are always polite, and greet you with a smile on their face. The establishment is always very clean, even the bathroom.
