The food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, but the cost for the quantity is very poor. Too expensive 1/2 a sandwich with a chip! The prices on the menu are way too expensive.

The service is a hit or miss. The morning shift seems to be very good about how they prepare the food and how they package it. Night shift just slaps everything together messily and calls it a day. They need to improve consistency in service whether it is night or day.Vegetarian options: You can customize to add or remove animal products.

One thing this restaurant doesn’t fail in doing is getting orders wrong. Every time I dine in or take out they manage to get my modified salad order wrong or forget to add the sides I ordered. Beware of this and make sure to check your order before you drive off because it will most likely happen to you as well.
Carla was awesome today at the counter cash register by helping me find something I can eat, delicious, and affordable to my daily work time at Panera Bread. Thank you, management, for having Carla. She is very sweet, professional, and bilingual.

My sister decided to dine at Panera Bread before we start our day. We ordered our food thru a computer and the transaction was very easy. Upon getting our food we sat ourselves in a table. It was kinda of dirty because someone didn’t cleaned up after themselves. We ordered the sausage, scramble eggs and cheese on a Asiago bagel, and a cappuccino. The food was delicious but the customer service was lacking. Needs improvement in that area.
