Previously the service here was spectacular, but my husband went last week to buy some bonus bread and the service was horrible and they also gave them the bread they wanted, not the ones he preferred, the truth is his experience here was horrible😔😔

Stopped here in the morning with my wife to grab a "quick" bite. My wife ordered an empanada and a teqeno and I ordered a plate navideno. I then asked to see how long it would take since i knew it could probably take long or they would not have it ready but the cashier said a few minutes so I ordered it. Over 30mins later a waitress brought the food. The food was cold so I gave the plate back and asked if they could warm it up and they tried but it was still cold. I then returned it and left. I truly hope they improve in customer service and quality of the food.
Terrible service, at least at Doral they don't have any idea about customer service. Now I understand it is always empty
