I gave one star just because they have some good food, but this place has no protocol. It’s a latinos place. If you are not Latino don’t go to this place. You’ll get there, they will be talking to everyone, serve everyone that comes after you, they will be doing their jokes, laugh, don’t even ask you what you want; not even bring you the menu until you start complaining and raise your hands. I have been there many times and received the same treatment, they will ignore me on the table until I keep raising my hand so someone can ask me what I want or bring me the menu. I was there today, the place was empty almost the guy only had 2 customers (1 couple) he finished serving them, he was standing by them talking while I was waiting forever for him to even ask me what I want, or offer me some water. If he was busy I would understand, but ignoring a client for just holding a conversation (laughing) with client you already served is really unacceptable and unprofessional.

The young attendant responded rudely when asked for the beer menu, showing a lack of interest in providing a good service. He even brought the wrong beer and ignored my advice to fix the mistake. This second visit was a terrible experience, and I won’t be returning.
