Upon entering, the employee didn’t acknowledge me and wasn’t particularly welcoming. He made my coffee well, but I’m used to at least a warm greeting and a bit of personality when visiting a coffee shop — especially at 3pm, not during an early-morning rush.
I asked for his thoughts comparing two coffee options I was considering, and he didn’t really have any input. He wasn’t rude, just seemed to lack social engagement.
The coffee itself was good, but I personally prefer places where customers are greeted warmly and made to feel like their purchase matters — especially after paying $5.40 for a muffin and $8.64 for a cold brew and then being prompted to tip 10% or more afterward.

Really good iced latte and sparkling lemonade. Service could be way better. But I’ll give it another try for the food next.

ridiculously expensive... I paid almost $15 for these two items in the photo. It was good though and the shop is cute.

Pros: There’s parking
Cons: Too expensive. $4 for a small regular coffee? New Whole foods down the block has much better selection.

I've been going to panther since they opened in Winwood when I worked down there for years. I hadn't been in some time and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. To pay $20 for a cold brew and cold ham&cheese croissant is not a good feeling. When I say cold, I mean like out of the cooler cold. The edges were warm but the center wasn't even warm. I expect to pay premium prices at Panther, but I expect a premium experience.

Had their buko pandan latte and as a Filipino, I would say that it tastes like our dessert. Not bad at all.

The location in wynwood is so much better. A bit pricey but I don’t mind paying for good coffee. The staff is unfriendly at the location on Biscayne. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The coffee was so good, and I love that they offered non dairy oat milk for creamer. The barista was super helpful with selection. Not to mention the prices were great compared to the big name buckies across the street, and personally the coffee was way better as well.

I feel I should be a bigger fan of Panther. They roast their own coffee, they have some stake in the business. I just bought their Brazilian Blend to try it at home. The Drinks they have brewed for me were not superb, but I can tell they care about coffee.
