Panther Coffee Lab and Roastery - Little Haiti

It's by far my favorite of the Panther Coffee locations. The staff is always friendly, services are always prompt, and the view into the roasters area makes it feel like it's such a cool place to be.

Pretty good breakfast sandwiches and good coffee! Drive thru was pretty fast!

The bathrooms are filthy so that’s my only complaint. Cleanliness > aesthetics

Other than that, really great specialty coffee. The drinks are a bit pricey but worth a splurge. Great service - Ellie is a Gem. She’s always so kind and pleasant which makes this a high end experience and worth every penny.

Service was good. I feel that is extremely expensive for a coffee shop. Also, pastries we’re not fresh, the muffin was hard and tasteless.

Went to this place as it was the closest panther we had. The place looks just normal from the outside but to our surprise there was very cool and chill inside. The display was good and also the glasses through which you can see the lab and roastery.
The coffee was on point, very creamy i had a latte, then i had cortado (only thing they sell it under another form like coffee with milk and you decide the size).

If you want overpriced, basic tasting coffee, and slooow service, head to Panther.
$10 for a small little cup of Matcha, which was supposed to be a “Large”. Their large cups are small and their small cups are shot glasses. Just another restaurant in Miami ripping their community off.

My good friend invited me last minute to have a coffee and so because I'd already eaten I only had the chai iced cold drink. It was soooooo good! Definitely better than your standard Starbucks without the price of course ??

I'd like to actually try the pastries next time bc it did look really appetizing!

I came in for a latte. The barista at the register was so busy on his computer that he didn’t even acknowledge me when I was ready to place my order. The other barista was working on other customers’ drinks and had to stop what she was doing to attend me. With how much the coffee costs you’d expect good service or at least a hello.

If it were for the food or the beauty of the restaurant..... I would totally have given this establishment five Stars. However the young lady at the front today was so lackluster in regards to normal humans. I have been wanting to go here for sooo long!! It's super close to my home and my little four year old was equally excited. Such an emo, in your own head, why am I here vibe. Just destroyed the whole experience. Thankfully one of the customers helped overshadow the cashiers solemn mood. How sad because the concept of this whole spot is really awesome

Kid-friendliness: Not at all if you ask me. The cashier didn't want to give my daughter a little espresso cup because she wanted warmed espresso cups for the guests buying espresso. However clearly, the restaurant was empty and one little girl would not hurt the espresso sales. (We purchased orange juice for the little one)

I got a delightful Tanzanian pour over and croissant. The young lady who made it kindly gave me some tips on her brewing parameters. I plan to return tomorrow.

The guy who served me was very friendly, even though it was closing when I arrived, he treated me as if I had been the first customer of the day on Monday. Furthermore, I trusted him to make my request, and he nevertheless offered his willingness to solve my request. I'm sorry I didn't ask your name, but I will come back because as we say in Argentina: “a happy customer will come back for sure.”

A cafe for espresso enthusiasts.I have gone to dozens of local cafe’s across the US/India and this is essentially as good as it gets for cafe shop espresso. Maybe a bit better of roast selections for the flight to have more contrast, but still quite good.
