Panther Coffee - W Miami Lobby

I stopped by Panther Coffee and had such a great experience—Jessie was incredibly helpful! I recently bought an espresso machine and needed a high-quality bag of beans. She guided me to the perfect choice and took the time to answer a few questions I had. I can see why everyone speaks so highly of Panther Coffee—I’ll definitely be back!

This is a great place to have a high quality coffee while in Brickell. The only downside? They don't have either glass or ceramic cups to take the coffee experience to the next level! Coffee tastes much better in either of these containers. Hope you can incorporate these for all of us who like to stay and enjoy coffee on-site.

I ask for a coffee recommendation and the barista, that was at the cashier, was very rude and racist with me. I don’t buy any coffee there because of her attitude.

Coffee here js great. Service is terrible. Every time mean baristas. Today I waited 15 minutes but no one showed up.

Good coffee, but if you’re a straight white male, they’ll try to refuse you service.

This just happened:

Me “Can I get an iced Americano?”

Barista: *looks me up and down with an unapproved face* “Sorry, we’re all out of Americano right now”

Me: *looks at espresso machine*
?“Do you have espresso and water?”

Barista: “oh yeah do you want an Americano?”

Me: “yeah that’d be great”

Maybe I’m crazy, but definitely got the vibe that she (or they/them) didn’t want to serve me.

But the coffee slaps, so it’s worth it I guess.

My interaction with star was very pleasant. Great customer service! Enjoyed my coffee as well.
