Pizza was good but the wings seemed like had life and flew away. Ordered a 10 piece box, half of them were mere leftover pieces. If it’s gotta be manufactured food, might as well provide consistency! Quality of food is still good. Like the packaging.

Terrible customer service. The man who greets and serves the older customer at night needs to be more courteous, especially with women when they need it. I witnessed this man flatly refuse to let women use the bathroom at this establishment. I think the brand (Papa John's) and the manager at this location should consider a better representative who can convey peace of mind, comfort, and security to their customers when they buy their pizza. Thank you.

I Ordered the food around 12am app said it would I be delivered by 1 , our uber drivers kept showing up and leaving , mind you the place close at 1:30am , we called the store , because the last uber stated call to speak with the MANAGER to See if they can replace it , in fact we did the manager gets on the phone yelling stating is nothing he can do , contact doordash/uber when in fact your suppose to confirm the order , prior to giving them the food , saying that the food was stolen , we were treated so poorly , ESPECIALLY from a manager
We ate 2 cheese pizzas at the Kaseya Center branch in Miami, along with two Pepsis. They were good! Expensive price, but according to the worked in the region ($42). Good option to eat before the Heat game!

The worst thing is I asked for an extra large one and they gave me the one they wanted small and even if I say cancel the order and give me the one I ordered and they say that if they cancel it will take 3 days to return the money so if it's because of them my son doesn't eat The worst service a man who is the manager treats the customers too badly and the staff who supports also the truth is the worst is a zero friendly person who acts as a despotic and racist manager
