Worst papa John’s EVER . The employees were super rude . They delivered a cold over cooked pizza to me and told me there was nothing they could do to make the situation better . I even said they could come and pick the pizza back up and they said NO . Do not order from this location

Marco Anthonio Solis is the “manager” who has 0 managing skills, 0 customer service skills, 0 empathy and did nothing but interrupt me and to be AGGRESSIVE. I request someone from the team to contact me. I recorded everything he did and I was only making a complain because I have gotten my pizza wrong 2 times in a row during the same week, I never asked for something free or even tried to get a new pizza. Literally my whole purpose was to inform the mistakes that the store is having and can avoid by simply verifying the order with the customer before making more mistakes. I will get in touch and send an email to papa johns. This is the one closest to my place and that was the reason I tried to fix what was going on since I order to this location a lot.I hope they change this manager and actually hire someone prepared and professional. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Was told my pizza was delivered and charged me for it. My pizza never came and I was waiting outside my place for the delivery person. I’m tipping on top of paying $5 for a flat delivery fee.
