The pizza has been horrible the last couple of orders, especially since the pandemic. My son begged me for pizza and wings last night so I ordered him a pizza and wings. The pizza took forever, it was delivered via door dash. it was extremely cold. I opened the box and the pizza was over cooked. I called 5 times last night no answer, so I called today to request a refund. Lack customer service and professionalism! Ordered a pizza for carryout over the phone! Once I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes for a small pepperoni pizza! The manager Augustine on duty didn’t show no concern or care! He explained to me that the ordered was deleted from the screen and was never made!
He didn’t offer me anything but his empty effortless apology! Choose another location!
