Went inside, the door played it's jiggle . Nobody would acknowledge me. After standing at the plexiglass glass for minutes I just left. The employees need to me more aware of their surroundings. This is bad for business. And most importantly, this is bad for their safety.

I'm not a fan of them. They never pick up the phone. My delivery took over an hour and a half. And when I called the person answering calls sent me to hold immediately. When I finally got through, he said he'd handed my order to Door Dash but when I checked the app it showed door dash was in the store waiting on my order. I tried to call back so that I can cancel delivery and simply pick my own order up but of course the calls went unanswered. I've personally went to those stores and have seen with my own eyes them not answer the phone. They need to recruit and hire more staff. I wish them well because this will be my last time ever patronizing a store like this. I paid essentially a delivery fee and tip for an order that came over an hour and a half later.

The only way I could write a review is putting one star and is one star for having a phone that works but nobody wants to pick it up. I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes four times that’s 40 minutes wasted of my time and before that I was directed to four other Papa John’s and they kept giving me this Papa John’s, but they’re not answering their phone. They’ll pick it up and put me straight on hold so unprofessional I want to go up there and cuss everybody out because it doesn’t make no type of sense why nobody phone doesn’t work.

this is a complete embarrassment of service! No one answers the phone not even to see what the issue or call is about! No one comes to the window when someone walks up or opens the door! Service is very poor! Poor Poor! No one at the counter can pull my order or locate my info when the order was placed on line and already paid for! Very poor service delivery was sent out to my home while I was actually right on site! Waist of a driver and waist of time!
