Web order #0149 came to pickup my order had to wait an additional 30mins because 1 of the pizza was not ready. After the long wait, that second pizza still was not ready. So I canceled whole order the lady manager was rude did not speak to me except to confirm my name for refund. This place always a issue here I dont recommended unless the Gentlman manager is in building.

Not sure why anyone calls I always just order on the website and in 20 minutes it’s always ready. Any fool who calls and waits on a phone is just that a fool. Same goes for anyone just walking in like do you all hate hotspots that much. Just go to the website already get your order and move on without your drama and issues. 🤣

Went inside, the door played it's jiggle . Nobody would acknowledge me. After standing at the plexiglass glass for minutes I just left. The employees need to me more aware of their surroundings. This is bad for business. And most importantly, this is bad for their safety.

I'm not a fan of them. They never pick up the phone. My delivery took over an hour and a half. And when I called the person answering calls sent me to hold immediately. When I finally got through, he said he'd handed my order to Door Dash but when I checked the app it showed door dash was in the store waiting on my order. I tried to call back so that I can cancel delivery and simply pick my own order up but of course the calls went unanswered. I've personally went to those stores and have seen with my own eyes them not answer the phone. They need to recruit and hire more staff. I wish them well because this will be my last time ever patronizing a store like this. I paid essentially a delivery fee and tip for an order that came over an hour and a half later.
