THIS WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered online at 6 PM and did not receive my food until 8 PM, EIGHT OCLOCK. I had to constantly call over and over and I would get put on hold for 30mins, THEN when they finally answered the manager said oh Im sending the delivery driver now and then began to press the stages on the website to delivered, when my food had not been delivered yet. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND YOU NEED TO DO BETTER. ANSWER THE PHONE AND COMMUNICATE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS . DO BETTER!!

Place is just takeout, it's probably better to just order in advance, we were in the area and dropped in which was not an ideal situation, atmosphere is non-existent felt very weird waiting there. The clerk didn't ask for a name so a second clerk didn't want to give us our pizza because the original one wrote some random name, also the paying was a pain as well.

Pizza at this location is cooked great. Inside the waiting areas is hot as hell though. Sometimes it’s a long wait depending on the time of the afternoon and how many staff are there.

I ordered a medium thin crust with pineapple. I got a normal one only half baked. With exactly 7 pieces of pineapple in the whole pizza . I called the manager. He was very rude and said I need to return the pizza to prove it was bad. We had to trow it out because it started already to smell. DONT GO There bad pizza bad service

Web order #0149 came to pickup my order had to wait an additional 30mins because 1 of the pizza was not ready. After the long wait, that second pizza still was not ready. So I canceled whole order the lady manager was rude did not speak to me except to confirm my name for refund. This place always a issue here I dont recommended unless the Gentlman manager is in building.

Not sure why anyone calls I always just order on the website and in 20 minutes it’s always ready. Any fool who calls and waits on a phone is just that a fool. Same goes for anyone just walking in like do you all hate hotspots that much. Just go to the website already get your order and move on without your drama and issues. 🤣
