Ordered it online and picked up in store. The pizza was hot. Well-made & appetizing !! (Tasty too later!) Clean store, and to all of you that complain about gloves I think you know the gloves hold multiple times more bacteria on them then when handling food with just clean washed hands..

I frequently order from this Papa John’s location and have always used the drive-thru to pick up my food. On this visit, I pulled up to the window as usual. A African-American woman inside appeared to be gesturing something, but since she didn’t open the window, I couldn’t hear or confirm if she was addressing me. I patiently waited, assuming someone would assist me.
Instead, she suddenly began yelling inside the store, drawing attention from customers and making it clear rather rudely that I wasn’t allowed to use the drive-thru. I ended up parking and going inside to pick up my order, which was already ready.
I’m not sure what difference it made whether I picked it up through the window or inside, but the way it was handled was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional

Asked for a large pizza with spinach, jalapeños, and bell peppers . We waited for the pizza but when we received it it was missing the jalapeños and bell peppers so they offered to fix outlet order but throwing some jalapeños and left it in the oven till it was burned and it was later on thrown on the counter in the kitchen we asked for the pizza and the person didn’t even know we ordered but then checked for the pizza and found it laying in the kitchen counter, on top of everything that just happened they didn’t even bother to tell us our pizza was ready after fixing our order

The manager is a short dark skin Haitian guy. This is The second time it have seen him. HE Do Not Wash his Hands after touching Cash and Carrying supplies for restocking to the front. This is the second time I caught him not washing his hands after carrying Stock from the back rooms.. I told him to wash his hands. He told me to get out. Rude and dirty. It's no accident.. Keep your eyes on the workers.

Phone is always busy or they put you on endless hold. When your order say ready for pick up....it never is...they tell you it's still in the oven and it will be a few more minutes . Very frustrating to get a pizza.

There is a Hispanic kid in there that’s it’s always messing with the orders. All I can ask for is patience. He gets in my last nerve. I trust me I am very respectful and polite but this gentleman seems to get the worst out of me.
