Don’t buy from this store. I made an order through their app. 1 hour after the order was made, I checked to see why it was late and the app says it’s delivered. No call, no nocking on the door at all. I go out to see if it was on the floor or something but nothing. I call this store to ask about it and I get put on hold for almost 40 minutes, and after they pick up the phone, they say the driver left the pizza, that he knocked and nobody answered (we’re literally right by the door with no music and no noise btw). The guy who spoke with me on the phone had a terrible attitude and kept saying “there’s nothing I can do about it.” No pizza and no refund. Even if the driver didn’t just take my stuff, why the hell would he not call to notify he’s leaving the food outside? Like come on bruh

Forget about this place, untrained, unprofessional and very disrespectful crew, they have no idea how to treat customers, unacceptable awful attitude, will never return there, lost my business forever. Sorry Shaq, but you shuld make sure the crews are properly trained, not just how to make pizzas and deal with the POS system, but most importantly, how to properly treat customers. Thankfully, there's a Pizza Hut 1 block away, where the crew is super professional, so I still got a pizza for dinner.

it takes one time to dammage what u build Melly or melody has 0 costumer service i enjoy papa John pizza but irritating to have a person with no costumer service the pizza was done it less than 10 minutes so clearly not fresh and all I wanted was to add meat to my order who should not have bet ready but she dis not want to help and I just wanted to leave definitely horrible and disappointed
I feel bad even saying this because I’ve never had a bad experience from this location, but yesterday I found 2 eyelashes on one my wings. It looks like it could be a cluster of lash extensions. If you’re working with food you should know better.

This place is terrible. Don’t waste your time ordering from here. We placed an online order at 10:30am for a pizza delivery at 12pm. By 1pm the pizza still hadn’t arrived. Called the store and it took 20 minutes of constant calling to get anyone on the phone. When some guy finally answered, he tells me he has to call DoorDash to find out where they are. I asked him to confirm if the pizza has even gone out yet, he says “no, it’s here right next to me.” Unbelievable!!! When I tell him to just cancel my order and refund my money he says it will take 3-5 days to get my money refunded. Horrible service. I will never order from Papa John’s again.

This is hands down the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever dealt with. The manager is beyond disrespectful — absolutely no professionalism, no care for customers whatsoever. They canceled my order multiple times for no real reason other than pure laziness. It’s obvious they just don’t want to do their jobs. Instead of owning up to it, they act rude and arrogant like it’s your fault for even ordering. Total disgrace to the Papa John’s name. If you’re thinking about ordering from here, don’t waste your time — they’re pathetic.

Ordered a medium pizza for pickup on 4/11. The worst pizza ever! We didn't finish eating it since it was awful. Thin hard crust although original crust was ordered, hardly any sauce, very little cheese, and lots of dry hard pepperoni. Tasted like cardboard with burnt pepperoni. I'm not sure I even got the right size pizza because it had 6 small slices and a medium has 8 slices. It didn't matter because we could barely get through 1. Expensive pizza for what was provided.
