I got home and garlic butter was all over my car. I called them right away and took pictures. I went right back and they were so rude. The recipe machine was broken and they gave no refund. The customer service was so rude. Be careful with this place.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order at 9:12pm and the order was scheduled to arrive between 9:54pm-10:04pm. I called at 9:40pm to check the status of my order because their tracking app went blank. They advised it would be arriving in 10 minutes or less. At 10:01pm I called as I still did not receive the order. Hector, the delivery guy, got on the phone and advised he came to the address and called the number on the app (provided the correct number) and someone told him they picked up the order. Which made no sense because the order was delivery. Then he said he called another phone number that is not even pertaining to me, and that’s the one that said the order was picked up. After waiting an hour we requested a refund. Hector was relaying the manager’s responses to us like a game of telephone. At first they tried refunding the amount not including the tip. We asked him to put the manager directly on the phone and she finally advised she would provide a full refund. No confirmation or anything just a “it will show up in 24 hours” this store needs new management and apparently delivery drivers.

Pizza delivered WITHOUT a seal placed on the ground when told to ring the doorbell. Amed the WORST manager has the WORST customer service. I give this place a NEGATIVE ZERO!!!! Papa Johns doesn’t care about cleanliness.

Formal Complaint Regarding Customer Service and Staff Training at Papa John’s

As of today, July 31, 2024, I am hereby lodging a formal complaint against the Papa John’s establishment from which I placed an order, as evidenced by the attached photo. The service I received was manifestly inadequate and detrimental to me as a customer.

On July 31, 2024, I placed an order through the Papa John’s app, expecting delivery within a reasonable time frame. After waiting for more than an hour, I was contacted by an employee from the establishment to verify my details and address. Despite this confirmation, the order was not fulfilled. Subsequently, after the prolonged wait, I decided to contact the establishment again. On this occasion, I was attended by the same individual who had previously contacted me. This person, in a rude and unprofessional manner, informed me that there was no record of my order in the system.

It is important to note that the responsibility for managing and resolving this situation lies entirely with the Papa John’s staff and their ordering system, not with the customer. The behavior of the staff, characterized by a lack of politeness and direction, reflects significant deficiencies in their training and customer service management.

The manager of the establishment, along with the rest of the staff, urgently requires training in customer service, as their current performance demonstrates a notable ignorance and lack of competence in this area. The service provided is of inferior quality and does not meet the minimum expected standards of customer service.

I request that corrective measures be taken to address these deficiencies and to ensure an adequate level of service for future customers. I reserve the right to take further action if this situation is not resolved satisfactorily.

Best experience! I ordered my food thru the app for pick up at the store. On my way to the store, my son fell asleep in the backseat. Once I arrived, I called and asked if they would be willing to bring the food out to me as I didn’t want to wake up my son or leave him in the car alone! They were so nice about it! They brought the food to my car with a smile! It was greatly appreciated!! The food was delicious as always!!
