I ordered from the wrong location so I called and tried to cancel the order but it took 30 minutes to get to speak to someone. I got hung up on about 3 or 4 times and went back into the wait. It was a horrible waist of time. I don’t know if they need to hire more people or get more responsible people on their team because getting hung up on is absolutely unacceptable.

Make sure not to receive your order if you're missing any items. I was missing my dipping sauces from last order and was told to call them in my next order and they would send them. As I called them today for a new order and requested the dipping sauces the employee Esmeralda told me they can't honor that. Terrible customer service.

The order on papa johns end didn't go through how is that possible. Then an employee tells me. "She's simply an employee while other employees in the background tell her to get me off the phone?

As a papa John Pizza Lover it's needless to say I'm extremely disappointed with the horrible service and extremely unprofessional attitude from management.I placed an order on the app for pickup. My order consisted of two pizzas and cheese sticks. Per the app my order was ready for pickup and I proceeded to enter the premises and ask for my order. At which time the young cashier Associates told me my order was not ready and it will take at least 10 minutes to put together. After waiting over 15 minutes I asked who I needed to speak to to get my order ready. Which at this time I continually was asked for my order number the name on the order and my order cannot be found. Followed by another 5 minutes of waiting another associate decided to open the boxes and start looking at what my order was. He finally found the pizzas I had ordered and went ahead and gave them to me. Once I got to the car I opened the pizza boxes to realize none of them were cut. I proceeded to call the store and speak to the store manager. Who failed to give me his name just simply gave me a very nasty attitude and told me to return to the store so he can cut the pizza. I told him I had a cutter but the point of my call was to advise him that this young staff he had a working for him or chit-chatting instead of taking care of customers. He proceeded to raise his voice taking no regard towards anything I was mentioning. Sad to say this is not the first time this location has not gotten the order correct on deliveries. Very disappointed.
If it was for me I wouldn’t even give a star, the fact that I order my pizza at 11pm and my order hasn’t gotten here it’s 2 in the morning, after looking at my bank account they took the rest of my money which is insane, I’m going to file a lawsuit against this manager. For sure taking my lawyer all the way, this is insane a single mother can’t enjoy her food. Because people like this now days don’t know how to work properly.

This is the worst Papa John's. DON'T GO THERE. The application said the pizza was ready for pick up at 5:10pm and when we got there it wasn't even in the oven. The store didn't say this at first and we ended up waiting 50 MINUTES for a pizza. The manager should look into hiring a more competent crew, because the two girls that were working there are completely incompetent.

How horrible, I feel like I don't live in the United States anymore. In short, you have to think before placing orders online

This horrible place to order!! Starting off, they take 30 minutes to answer the phone since you have to call more than 5 times for them to take your order!! You arrive at the place after the time they give you to pick up and there are all the employees including the delivery guys talking in a corner and your order is not ready yet!!! Bad customer service bad attitude towards the customer!! THEY SHOULD USE NET since they are working with food so they prevent hair from falling on the pizza etc…. Hair on top of the pepperoni, cheese and under the dough!!!
