After putting an order, being hanged up by the rep in store, lied twice about the status of my order, and waiting two hours, I asked for the manager. Two hours after ordering, he confessed that my order wasn't even in the oven. Zero apologies, zero care about the misshappen and just, we can proceed with it or cancel it... at 9:30 pm when I skipped my diner because of them.

We ordered through Uber Eats who charged us two partial payments equaling one and another full payment. Delivery was made on time and cordially. What we ordered was incorrect. We called the restaurant and they basically wouldn’t take responsibility saying to take it up with the service. To top it off, we got food poisoning. Not good at all.

ordered through uber eats today and got the wrong order from them. went through the app first to get the refund for it because it was ALL WRONG but they only gave me 3.79 back so when i spoke to uber eats, they said i needed to speak to the restaurant because they don’t process it over phone. called the store and the manager gave me a nasty attitude about the situation and never even offered to go pick up another pizza. i hung up on them disappointed because i can’t have pepperoni and they are the ones who messed up but gives me attitude!!!

The worst service in my entire life. We arrived at the place, and they refused to give us the pizza that was meant for pickup. They put people in the drive-thru, took orders, and left everyone waiting. A total lack of respect. The pizza was cold.a total it was disrespectful
