My kids love the breadsticks and I have become a fan of the desserts One time we did get a pizza that looked like they put two spectate pizzas together but maybe my wife is watching too many reelsThe coolest and best thing about this place is that it has a drive through. Don't know exactly what this place was before they turned it into Papa

Papa John's is NOT what it used to be :(I had wanted to order forever because I loved their Pizza, I finally ordered and what a disappointment. I ordered garlic knots they came in brunt and heated in the microwave because they were chewy as heck. The thin crust pizza was not as it used to be thin crust, crispy. It tasted like frozen pizza, the dough was soggy etc. Terrible disappointment and NEVER ORDERING from here again. Shame Papa John used to be my favorite better then pizza hut and Domino's. NOT ANYMORE ?

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE We order delivery from this place very often since it's close to our house. We usually pay with a debit card but on this occasion we called and when placing the order told the girl to tell the driver to bring change for a $50.00 dollar bill, she replied ok I will tell the driver. When the pizza arrived after the usually waiting time the driver had no change for a $50.00 and said he wasn't told anything at all. That it must be written on the receipt. We tried looking for more cash and we had 17 dollars more beside the $50.00 dollar bill. We called the store and told them that they didn't tell anything to the driver and they say the driver needed to come back to the store with the pizza and the soda and come back again. I said we are regular customers you can check in your record it's not our fault you guys didn't tell the driver for the change can you get the $17.00 leave the pizza and come back with the change? She said No it is out policy so I ask to speak to the manager pls. The (Manager a girl said sorry it is our policy and there is nothing we can do) I said we are not going to not pay we are regular customers and it is your mistake. She could care less and said the pizza and soda needed to go back to the store and the driver will come back with change. I said you know what keep the pizza and eat it! Then I called them back and ask for the managers name. I was put on hold and they hang up on me. I called back multiple times but they keep putting me on hold without even answering the phone. I don't even think I spoke to the manager but a regular employee who was there. Such a coward employee or manager by not answering the phone. They just lost a regular customer. The pizza is not bad but the customer service HORRENDOUS!

No surprises here. A large is now the size of a medium, the medium the size of a personal and I imagine the if they had a personal it would be the size of a ritz cracker.

It was my first bad experience at Papa Jones, not only did they take the order wrong but they tried to make you believe that it was your fault and not theirs. nothing professional that lady who must have been the boss of that shift 01/05/2022 7:30 pm. Pésimo, la orden fue tomada con error de la persona al teléfono, además de llegar con el pedido equivocado, cuando llame para pedir que me la cambiaran, recibí una actitud horrible de parte del personal encargado de tomar la orden y ni siquiera me hicieron una remuneración por su error. creo que podían haber tenido algún detalle con el cliente y más si la culpa del error es de ellos
