I order today 4 Pizza for my daughter class,around at 10 o’clock. And I keep waiting waiting into at 11:56. more than half of class leaving The pizza is not here. Is sad and mad. I’ve been calling them 17 times they don’t answer the phone. if whoever have party, just keep this in mind be careful. My first time order here and last.

Staff at this location were not able to place the order over the phone. I tried to place a 28 pizza carry out for mine company event party, and this person denied mine order and push me to try to place mine order online, instead of making the order over the phone and take the payment. The manager at this location express himself and call himself “Justin green” and he should be fired , he did not try to write down the order or neither solved the solution, lady first pick up the phone didn’t know the menu, and even doe that a 1 large pizza toping is an universal order, she seems don’t speak well the language send me to put the order online of about almost 30 pizzas, bc of this reason I’m refusing to buy at this location ever again, till they change and train the staff correctly. My company been ordering pizza for our events the whole time. The staff is not helping and the lady who pick up the phone definitely didn’t got her train to be a customer service representative. Is so sad to see a company like papa John being managed by young folks that doesn’t know what they are doing

I don't mean to be snarky.. but does this look like a pizza with LIGHT cheese? I'm sure plenty of people would be fine with this big goopy soggy mess... but it is unappetizing to someone who doesn't want a mountain of cheese. No matter how many times I give this location my business.. they never seem to follow directions. Its hit or miss. It's my own fault. I think I'm done.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it came up as delivered, only thing delivered was disappointment, no pizza. After being on hold for almost an hour being forced to listen to something about the shaqaroni and a guy needing more pepperoni, I found out that the guy looked for the delivery address couldn’t find it and simply left. I got no text, email, or call. Extremly unfortunate

Apparently this is what they give you for Icing when you order 2.. I’m assuming the people there either can’t read in English or just can’t read at all. There’s a reason why this store has 3 stars. Almost like their education level.

Disappointed when I ordered wings and they delivered a pepperoni pizza instead (3/30/2025).
When I called to advise them of the mistake they said they could not deliver the wings after keeping me on hold several minutes.
We never got the wings and I don't really care about the “free pizza” they mistakenly delivered.
I guess no wings for me tonight.
Unfortunately this type of service appears to be typical in Miami…. Oh well… I really expected more from Papa Johns… I guess every region of Papa Johns operates differently...

I just finished ordering from this store and I spent about $40 on one pizza and cinnamon bread and the pizza got here cold. Very poor service and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
What a mess. I understand that Halloween can lead to delays, which is why I placed my order early—at 2 pm for a 5:30 pm pickup. When I arrived, the store was in complete disarray. Employees were scattered, and many customers were frustrated, asking about their orders. By 5:45 pm, I was told my order was still in the ‘bake line,’ with no further updates. I saw multiple customers arriving because their delivery orders hadn’t arrived, and many were requesting cancellations. Ultimately, I didn’t receive my order until about 6:50 pm, and even then, it was incorrect. The entire experience felt chaotic, with no sense of order or structure. With so many other options available, I’ll likely think twice before ordering here again.

What happened to your business? Our exlarge 🍕 had practically no tomatoe sauce, the pepperoni I found 1 piece on my 2nd slice, the crust is about 2½ inches thick where I pretty much got a medium pizza order instead of the extra large. For the price I paid, maybe I should go to Publix and get frozen box pizza? Please take your time to dress up orders and start by adding sufficient tomatoe sauce first (the color is red). I LOVE PAPA JOHNS PIZZA, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ORDERS OR AS IF YOU ARE DOING THE PIZZA FOR YOUR MOM!!!!!!

Your website both mobile and desktop was not working and was forced to make a phone order. However, phone orders don’t accept promo codes and had to place my order for a kids birthday party. Your organization in the year 2024 has no method on your point of sale computers to accept a promo code or process a credit/refund/adjustment when there is an issue with an order. You know how to take an order and our money but when there is an issue turn a blind eye and offer it is what it is excuse. That is unacceptable way to treat a customer. Super unsatisfactory on dealing with people.
