They couldn't find me on the map, I work 7 minutes away. Guy was frustrated and didn't like having to bother with me, groaned as he asked me about pizza toppings. Didn't explain the deal was two large [ONE Topping] pizzas. Had to figure that out myself.

Stay away from this place.. ordered a pizza through the app, and after two hours waiting, the pizza came in an open box and without the drinks I ordered, handed by a very rude driver. This place is not worth your money or your time, believe me.

Ordered a pizza and never got it. After 2 hours I called to see what the delay was. The “man” who answered the phone told me the pizza hadn’t been made. He didn’t apologize and was even rude to me. I’m shocked. Will never order from here again and will tell everyone about my experience.

Unfortunately, the delivery drivers at this Papa John’s location take forever to bring your order if you DON’T give them a 15-20% tip to hand your boxed pizza to you at your front door WITHOUT putting that pizza on a plate. And bring that pizza to you at your dining table and serve you other sides during your meal in your home. If they did, then, they TRULY would have earned a 20% tip, not just because they handed you a box at your front door. If you give them a 10% tip, the delivery drivers will take 55 to 90 minutes to deliver your pizza/wing order. That is CRAZY and disappointing!!!
Driver had trouble finding my apartment. When trying to explain where it was located he responded with attitude and would not let me speak. I went out front to meet him and when he finally handed me my pizza he had to walk up to my apartment door to make sure I knew my own apartment number, which I did. By the way pizza was great.

I used to enjoy pizzas from this location with my kids a year ago. However, in the last months the quality keep dropping down. Pizza dough became TERRIBLE, barely eatable and never what you expect. This time we ordered an extra chessy Alfredo pizza, the dough was overcooked (to the point that it was too difficult to chew it) and too thin that you can basically see through it, we barely taste the Alfredo salsa, and the "extra" chess is not there anymore. Very low quality. I am so disappointed, at least about this location. I may try another location and see if we get better luck. If not, we will give up on Papa Jones. =(

Worst service I have experienced in my life. They sent the wrong order twice, then they said we would be credited our next order because they kept screwing up our order. I called in to redeem the order and made an order. They stated ot would take 20-30 minutes. I waited an hour and called in and was told they never put the order in when I called, then he acted like he was doing me a favor and saying the best thing he can do was give me the pizza free and send a guy. I explained that is what I was told last time l, but he wanted to charge me 20$ for everything else when the whole order was supposed to be free from the last mess up. I have never experienced such horrible work ethic and irresponsible behavior.
