Worst experience. From the moment i walked in was told wait in lobby , what lobby ? The store manager Amir was extremely rude as i was asking how much longer for my pizza when I can see it clearly on the shelf ready. Amir should not be the face of papa John's , he needs anger management courses along with customer service lectures. He refused me service even though i was speaking with another employee who was clearly embarrassed from his behavior. It was clear that he was having a bad day and took it out on me. Corporate must intervene.

This place is so disorganized!! It literally takes them 10 mins to find a pizza!! They just stack pizzas on top of each other, not in any order. Plus their printout is barely readable, it's all faded!! So they stand their looking for like 30secs at each name!!

The store manager is awesome but the day I go, an employee there lied to me explaining that they're getting rid of sauces. He refused to sell the sauce bbq sauce that I always get. The store manager is always great but I can go back due his employee today Wednesday 8/20 at 5:20pm. Lost a customer.

There’s a sign outside that they are hiring but when you go inside and ask they say they aren’t so that is for other stores. FYI
They gave my delivery order to an uber driver that took over 1 hour to deliver my food, so we got cold food that we had to reheat when it got here.

The reviews don’t lie. Started going to this location in the last year. I tried to give it several chances because it’s so close. In one experience the app was wrong about when the pizza would be ready for pickup. I arrived to the store and they haven’t even started to make the pizza. The customer service was horrendous and staff in the back seemed to be doing nothing. The other experience of ordering delivery was wild too because it took well over an hour and the food was not good at all and cold. Each time the pizzas didn’t even taste like normal Papa John’s pizzas that I’ve been ordering for years from other locations. It’s honestly bad enough that I am now ordering and picking up from other locations farther away to avoid this location.

I order through the app they use DoorDash that always loses their orders call to complain about it to get a solution and manager argues about saying it not their fault. Well it not mine neither that you guy can complete the order.
