I placed an order over the phone, the man answered "you received the order" and he threw the phone at me.... when my husband arrived for the order they hadn't even taken it. What bad service.

Exactly today at 8:20 I place my order after waiting 25 minutes for the service which I canceled because it really wasn't what I ordered, I felt cheated my husband ordered a pizza with pepperoni and what was my surprise reheated pizza, not the I will visit more and would not recommend it to anyone because it is misleading

We ordered a Shaq XL pepperoni pizza on the app. The app said it would take an hour. It stayed on preparing for over an hour. I drove to the store and there was a line of people that were waiting for their pizzas for over an hour. I spoke to the person at front and asked about my order for 1 pizza and he said they were busy and would be at least another hour. I asked for the manager and he went to computer and he said to give him 5 minutes. The phones were ringing off the nook and they were not answering. I finally got my pizza but not even a sorry.

TERRIBLE PIZZA! My pizza came way undercooked, that the cheese was white & clumpy. Garlic breads were also poorly done, very thin, long & also white. Called the store, asked for the manager explained to him the situation & he asked that I bring it to the store. Terrible customer service, I do NOT RECOMMEND this location. Will Definitely Not be ordering from here Again!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, Placed an order of 10 pizzas 3 days in advance of Halloween to be delivered at 7 Pm for a halloween kids gathering at my house. Pizzas never got delivered, mind you this was paid in advance, tried calling at 7:30 pm when i saw pizza wasn't' there yet, after waiting almost an hour on hold was told that pizza was getting made at that time, sounded more like they never even looked at my order, and would be delivered within an hour, 9 pm came and my delivery never made it, not one phone call, not an apology. sorry we can't make your order nothing, made it seem like they were going to fulfill my order. tried calling again they never picked up, had to rush to Mcdonalds and spend more money on chicken nuggets and burgers because i had a bunch of hungry kids. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism in this store is staggering. please save yourself the headache and stay away from this store. As for me i will never use papajohns again.

Terrible pizzas at this location. Every time I order it's a different issue. This time the pizza and bread sticks were white from how undercooked the dough was. I thought, "Ok fine I'll put it in my oven at home." When I get home and go to put the pizza in the oven I found long string-like pieces of plastic from what seems like some kind of packaging at the store. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
