Garbage service Employees can’t read always messing up the orders

Look at my “Oreo cookie papa bites” and the ones advertised on Papa John’s website.. can you spot the difference?! CAN THIS BE CONSIDERED AS FAKE ADVERTISING? Their picture looks nothing to what they gave me. Total disappointment.

My delivery order from Papa John's was a complete disaster. The pizza arrived with all the toppings and cheese completely slid off to one side, a total mess. It was basically a cheese pizza with a pile of toppings on the crust next to it. When I called to complain, the customer service representative had a horrible attitude. She was rude, unapologetic, and acted like it was my fault the pizza arrived in that condition. She offered no real solution and seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than helping me. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else. The quality of the food and the customer service were both incredibly disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this papa John’s since I was very young. While service and quality had steadily declined, my most recent experience has to be the most shocking and I can guarantee I will never be coming to this store again. When I went to the store to pick up my pizza, and employee with no proper uniform walked in with bags of cooked wings that they were then repacking to give to costumers. Further more while I was waiting for my pizza which I had seen packaged, a different employee came in and threw my pizza to the side while looking for a different order with no care or concern. Both employees were unprofessional and looked unkept, making me further concerned of sanitation. Health and safety is definitely in questions at this establishment.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PAPA JOHNS. This is the nastiest place I’ve ever seen. I arrived to 6-7 people waiting for their orders of chicken wings. 2 mins later this lady with visibly POOR hygiene walks in. No uniform on. With the most disgusting clothes and crocs on. WITH TWO BAGS OF COOKED READY TO SERVE CHICKEN WINGS ????!!! She was in traffic with me on 22av and 8st. The chicken wings were in her car. In. A bag. Cooked. The chickens arrived. The bags were opened. Sauce was put on them and served to customers. This place needs to be closed down. Picture of poor hygiene chicken delivery person attached for your viewing pleasure. This post is in no form written out of spite. I loved this place. But please close it down

The restaurant was closest to where we were staying, so when we arrived we were very hungry and went to get some pizza. We didn't wait long for our order, and the pizza was great. Other times I was ordering through the app, so I won't have to wait there. The pizza was always on time for pick up. No problems with any of the orders.

I have never met an employee that tried to charge me for ONE extra garlic sauce - these employees don’t get paid enough for that. I can’t believe this guy but give him a raise cause I promise you, he doesn’t get paid enough to charge me for an extra garlic sauce. When I’ve had many many others tell me “I’m only suppose to give you one MORE but here you go”. He’s working for Papa John’s, not Apple - give that man a raise. Whack for me but he’s doing more than most of your employees.

Ordered online and went to pick it up. Place was closed and workers didn’t answer despite us knocking and trying to open the door. We also put our phone number and was also waiting for a text confirming that we can pick the order up. It never came, neither did a email, which we also gave. Very lucky that we chose to pay cash. Would not recommend making late night orders here.

Disappointed with the taste of my pizza today. Had just had some Papa Johns in Naples a week ago and was craving it again and this one had just too much sauce and didn't taste right. Also barely had any toppings. I actually did not see one onion on it and very little mushrooms and it was supposed to have both. They also put the smallest yellow pepper that they could find, apparently 🤣

Had 6 piece wings delivered to see that there are only 5/6, called the store and they said they wouldn’t give a refund nor deliver my wing, and I would have to pick it up!!! It’s kinda absurd when I pay for a 6 piece wings and they said no??? Only get 5?
