Worst papa John’s ever. Employees need to have customer service and acknowledge their customers when they walk in the door. Writing this review as I am standing in the front still waiting to be acknowledged. I have been standing here for 10 minutes and every single employee has looked at me in the eyes and has not said one word. All just for a simple order I placed online for pickup. No matter how busy they are they should atleast show communication. Awful service never coming again. Manger needs to be fired for not properly training the employees correctly.
Food was horrible. Pizza was sloppily put together lopsided and tasted off. The wings tasted old and musky. Last time I said would be the last time and this is what I get for giving them another chance. Save your money. Papa John's is nothing like what it used to be. Shame.

I have been waiting for a delivery for 2 hours and you call and no one answers. It is a lack of respect and my daughter paid for the delivery. There is no respect for the customers.

Very bad
Very sub-par. They're stingy on toppings and in my last couple of orders my pizza came flat (no yeast it seems) so they don't tend to taste very good. My latest order was my last straw, they forgot an order of wings and I was on hold for almost an hour. I could tell someone was just putting me back on hold. They even picked up part way through, barely gave me enough time to tell them they messed up my order and put me back on hold.

Ordered 2 pizzas. For the email that my pizzas were ready. Went to pick them up. Only 1 pizza was ready. That “forgot” to make my other pizza. Whoever is running this location has no clue what they’re doing.
Waiting times are excessive and the service is terrible.

This place has deteriorated a lot in service and quality, is going downhill... I placed an order for takeout at this location, got the confirmation that my order was ready to pickup, showed up almost 15 minutes later and my order was nowhere to be found, they asked me to wait and rushed to start preparing my pizza, while waiting I witness another customer bringing a pizza back because it was not the right order, he asked for his money back and left, I saw the front guy take the pizza back and put it on the rack where all the other pizzas are, 15 minutes later I'm still waiting on my order, fully paid and already an hour late, I complaint and they offered to give me an extra pizza for the inconvenience, you guessed right, they tried to give me the pizza that the other guy returned, immediately I told him I was not accepting food that someone else returned, they did not offered any other compensation for my troubles, the old returned pizza was back at the rack with all the other pizzas waiting for another victim, that returned pizza belong to the trash for sanitary reasons. I left with my order, when I got home I noticed they prepared my order with thin crust instead regular like I ordered, they used thin crust so it will cook faster since my order was already late, they have no concern for the customer, no organization, no sanitation, attitude and obviously they don't care for their customers, so I'll be bringing my business someplace else.

I recommend the pineapple pizza with black olives and anchovies. Also the pepperoni ones. Good size and tasty dough.

I call the number and I had to wait more then 20 minutes for them to hung up. I had to go to the restaurant and get the pizza there. never again calling again.

Driver delivered the wrong order. Came back after 15 minutes. With a challenging attitude, demanded we paid for his mistake, proceeded to say that we accepted the order knowing the order was wrong. I explained to him that who placed the order was not the same person who received it.I brought the boxes to him and showed him they had been opened. He demanded we pay for it, make the story short, I told him to contact his supervisor, take everything back and refund my money. He refused to do that. Instead, he gave me the right order, which I did not want anymore; opened other pizza boxes and began arranging slices in his car with no gloves on, in order to make the pizzas look whole again...Did I mention we are currently sick with the influenza virus??The fact I was wearing a mask and sounded very congested should have stroke some sense in him, but didn't.I tried contacting the manager by phone, but no one answers the phone.This store's food safety and food sanitation practices are questionable. I will not be buying from them again...I'm hopping that no one else picks up the influenza virus thanks to this guy's poor food safety and sanitation practices.

I don’t believe in writing bad reviews. But after constant let downs by this particular location I just have to! First and foremost they take three times as long to finish a pizza compared to any other location! I’ve waited for hours to get a pizza from this location several times. Mind you, I live maybe half a mile away. Pizza always arrives cold and a few times the order has been wrong.
