Worse pizza delivery ever didn’t even get my pizza and anything had to call the store been on the phone on hold for over 20 min… the delivery driver left my order at a random building in my complex onto off grass and dirt on top of plants.. I’ll never make an Oder again from you guys

This has to be one of the worst Papa John’s locations I’ve ever been to, and it’s in west Kendall which is crazy. Don’t even want to leave 1 star. I’ve visited on separate occasions, and the employees consistently don’t wear hair nets or gloves. The other employees would touch their phones and everything, then go right back to handling food without washing up. Tonight was especially bad—there was a woman with red curly hair who seemed to be the only one working. She took my order at the computer, then immediately started handling the pizza dough without washing her hands or putting on gloves. She grabbed pepperoni, cheese, and other toppings with her bare hands and tossed them onto the pizzas. I watched her take three more orders and make around five more pizzas, touching everything directly with her hands. It was honestly disgusting. I don’t understand how this place is still open.

This is the 2nd time i make a order throught the app and when i get there, is not o my that the pizza is not ready, they lie to me saying that is in the oven but they never prepare it and is the same person. The place its Empty but they never process my order. They promise a refund….i hope they do

What an unpleasant experience I’ve had at this location. Took long for the food. Entire order was cold and half order was wrong. When we called the customer service was unsatisfactory, not nice at all. My family and friend will not order from this location again. I was automatically charged $15.42 extra for this unpleasant experience.

I ordered an XL NY pizza online, specifically 10 slices for $19.50. I was given a pizza with 8 slices which had an online deal for $13.99. I told them they gave me the wrong size and that I paid for 10 slices. At first they told me they didn’t have a 10 slice pizza but they could cut the one they gave me to make it 10 slices, yep ridiculous. I told them no, i want the pizza I paid for online and that they were doing false advertising and since they gave me an 8 slice pizza then i want them to reimburse me for the extra they charged me. They suggested for me to reorder online since they couldn’t redo the current order since it had been closed but somehow they could cancel it. I told them to cancel and reorder but then they said they couldn’t order it at the store and that I had to do it online. I refused to order it online and just took my loss. I told them that I would never again order from Papa Johns.
So as a European you are a bit irritated with 23 dollars for a pizza togo that tastes mediocre.

Take out pizza place. The employees are nice. Sometimes you can see one of them making the pizza, it's kind of cool to see him tossing the dough. My food is always fresh. Delivery always on time.

Incredibly poor customer service. I received my order with no sauce inside my pizza. When I called to ask them to either deliver another pie or issue a refund, the manager AMIR refused. He suggested I should drive to their location which is not near where I live, to pick up another pie. First and last time I would ever order from that restaurant.

? was tasty, but the personnel was very unpleasant. I came in Saturday night at 10:00 pm, there were three young men working, all three had long hair including the one making my pizza. He kept touching his hair while making my pizza. I found that very unpleasant and disgusting and not good healthy standards for a restaurant. Hair nets should be worn when preparing food, especially if the employee has long hair. I will not be going back to this pizza place and will not recommend ?
