Take out pizza place. The employees are nice. Sometimes you can see one of them making the pizza, it's kind of cool to see him tossing the dough. My food is always fresh. Delivery always on time.

Incredibly poor customer service. I received my order with no sauce inside my pizza. When I called to ask them to either deliver another pie or issue a refund, the manager AMIR refused. He suggested I should drive to their location which is not near where I live, to pick up another pie. First and last time I would ever order from that restaurant.

? was tasty, but the personnel was very unpleasant. I came in Saturday night at 10:00 pm, there were three young men working, all three had long hair including the one making my pizza. He kept touching his hair while making my pizza. I found that very unpleasant and disgusting and not good healthy standards for a restaurant. Hair nets should be worn when preparing food, especially if the employee has long hair. I will not be going back to this pizza place and will not recommend ?

I called in and was told there was no delivery available. So I ordered to pickup. 1 medium veggie pizza ready in 1/2 hour. After arriving I had to wait another 10 minutes . Opened the pizza at the store and it only had half veggies. The girl told me they could make another but it would take another half hour. Left the store with the half veggie pizza not happy with service.

I am not a participant in making complaints but yesterday I made an order so that they will take it to me Delivery the Delivery the very kind boy I make my Delivery I ask for the offer with a touletters of Pepsi and the soda was not sent to me nor did they charge me for it I I told the Delivery boy and he told me to call the manager Andrea called the hand Andrea and her told me that that was not charged and I told her Well then charge it to me and her answer was that she didn't do a Delivery for a soft drink and I told him but that was not my mistake, the person when he placed the order repeated it to me that it was the two pizzas and the large soft drink but he did not charge it or put it in and I think that the customer must be right because he is the one who also pays where They were going to take it next door at the Max Landing apartments but she said no and in the end she told me that I could have it in the store how ridiculous that is. The pizza turned out very well on the delivery boy, very friendly .

a man working at this papa Johns actually threatened my teenage daughter with jail time and to be arrested for delivering the wrong pizza to our house! horrible behavior and horrible service! Traumatized my daughter who deals with an anxiety disorder in the process! Never ordering from this business ever again. Do better. disgusted.

Unfortunately, my wife and I wanted to have chicken wings for dinner so we dropped by Papá Johns at 88th St in Kendall and 167th Ave. The cashier took my order and when asked me to pay, I put my debit card in to read the chip, keyed in my password, and the pad said "payment approved remove your card" then the lady asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes I want a receipt, that was the magic answer to start a spiral of unpleasant events, she told me to wait and she asked for help, the guy who came to help her and the cashier never gave me a logical explanation but both said the chart did not go through, I showed them the credit in my debit card app but insisted with their initial position. I called my bank and customer service confirmed it was a valid transaction. After 25 minutes arguing with those two kids I asked for a Manager to speak with but the manager said as busy on the phone. The staff at this Papa Johns store acted out as a band of thugs, they pretty much tried to stealth me.... They rejected to fulfill the order, and I had to open a dispute with the bank in order to get the money back. Very unprofessional staff, Manager absolutely couldn't care less about Papa Johns customers. I will never come back to a Papá John store. Never!!!!
