Weird store , I stopped by to ask if I can use the bathroom & the black guy working at the front said “No” . I even offered to make a purchase so I’ll be able to use the facility & they said no twice .

Horrible location! If you’re ordering takeout, do yourself a favor and choose a different one. The pizza is always burned, and the wait times are ridiculous. We went to pick up an order and had to wait an entire hour- AN HOUR for fast-food pizza!

The pizza was over 30min pass delivery time and when I called the manager asking where driver been she claim pizza had been there whole time(lying).Horrible service no customer service skills what so ever.Employees should be checking make sure orders are physically out for delivery and communicate better with their drivers where abouts

DELIVERY guy called stating there's no parking. Mind you, I live in a high rise. I told him there's street parking available and he needed to come up. He repeatedly stated no parking - this is the first time something like this happened TO ME. I tried calling the store 3x before someone answered. Shoot out to the nice lady who told me manager on duty had left and he canceled order,however Papa John's website says delivered!

If I can leave 0 stars I would the absolutely worst customer service from the “manager” ordered never got delivered. Called 25 times as he puts you on hold or hangs up the phone then has the audacity to ask why I’m calling an hour after it supposed to be delivered. I will be contacting corporate. As for other reviews that’s how things are on a regular basis at this location.
