Every time you order from this location your food arrives cold as they make multiple deliveries on each trip. The store manager is rude. In other cities their deliveries arrive warm so this is definitely a store issue!

I have a tradition of ordering from Papa John's after a Miami Heat win to take advantage of the fantastic half-off deal they have with the NBA. Paul, the staff member who assists me, is always excellent and makes the ordering process a breeze. The service is consistently perfect, and the ambience of the restaurant is clean and inviting. The quick service makes it easy for me to pick up my order and go. Overall, it's a great experience every time I visit Papa John's.

This place could not be worse. Delivery driver did not show up. I called the location and got pit on hold continuously. Then hung up on twice. Amazing service guys. All this for mediocre pizza is not worth it. Pure garbage of a business.

This location absolutely sucks!!! Should be closed. They should replace all those nasty employees with new ones. I ordered a pizza and I never received, I called them and they put me on hold forever for several times. I have called my credit card for a full refund.
I run by here every morning as I live a few blocks down and I happened to look in the window. The floor was covered in dead roaches at least 4! I would never eat here after seeing that.
