Right when we entered the restaurant the employees disgraceful, they didn’t even spoke to us not even to say “Hi” and after few minutes a guy came to told us to order online even if we were right in front of him… Don’t eat at this place, they don’t care about the customer and the service is terrible… 👎🏻

I paid for a 30 dollar epic stuffed crust pizza! Only for them to send me someone else's order which was a regular cheese pizza. Beyond disappointed. Luckily door dash refunded me.

Do NOT get pizza from this place. I ordered on the app and the food took 40 minutes to be delivered from 0.7 miles down the road. Driver was very nice and accommodating. However, the food gave me food poisoning and I spent my last night on vacation in the bathroom. Also, by the time the pizza was delivered it was cold and ruined my appetite. DO NOT get food from this place if you can.

My mother did an online order for the 2 LARGE PIZZAS with 3 TOPPINGS SPECIAL for $29, but when she looked at the online order it was ONLY showing 1 large pizza , so she ended up canceling the ORDER! We ended up going to this location today! My Mother explained what happened to the young man & young woman working at the front. After explaining what happened to the online order , all the girl said yeah it’s an online special. My mom was trying to see if she was able to get SOME HELP from one of the employees to guide her in doing it there & either one was willing to HELP! Those 2 YOUNG employees that you have working in the front needs to learn good customer service!! Young people just don’t have it as it seems! Hopefully they do a better job with the elderly & handicap as my Mom should have gotten HELP! 😤😡😢😭 Lastly we won’t RETURN to this location!

Called and the guy working at 4:26 Pm on 12/20/2024 put me on hold as soon as I called , kept me on hold for almost 3 minutes before resetting the hold and putting me on hold again. I hung up and will Never call this place again. Will not recommend , better off calling Pizza Hut or going to another Pizza Hut branch.
