Worst experience with Papa Jhons, I did a online order last Saturday to pickup the app said 12:10 will be ready, I arrived 12:15 at location, they were lost, more than 10 people inside waiting, the phone didn’t stop ringing and nobody answered, I waited patiently till 12:50 , I saw my pizza was ready at the shelf, so I pickup my pizza and the employee started screaming with me: HEY YOU CANNOT DO IT!!! I said WHAT? My pizza is ready after 40 minutes and you have here more than 20 pizzas ready and a bunch of people waiting, why make more ??? So I got my pizza 🍕 and left without my garlic knots (that I paid) and they never refund me , after that he started delivering the pizzas to the customer, and the customers said to me : Thanks for be the first one to complain. Ps: Still waiting for my money back 🤦🏻♂️

This location must’ve got new management because I haven’t ordered here since a couple years ago due to bad service and food prep but I’ve ordered 3 times since last month and I’m impressed at how good the food has improved and delivery time as well my food actually comes hot and prepared the way I specified. Great food great service MUST TRY THIS LOCATION

Shut this Pizzeria down immediately. Service is horrible. They don't have enough drivers. So they take out their frustrations on the customers. The driver they do have don't even make the attempt to call the number provided and take off without making the delivery. Then when you call to check the status they simply said no one answered the door. Lady the driver never even got out the car. We have cameras. They canceled the order which was a big order. It's not the customer's fault that you don't have enough drivers or that you're frustrated. Don't offer Delivery then if you're not able to deliver.

I waited inside for 20 minutes for a cheesesteak order, only to be told by a short woman who said she was the manager that she never put my order in. This wasted my time and was very frustrating. The level of professionalism was nonexistent I would have been better off going to Little Caesars.

I paid for a 30 dollar epic stuffed crust pizza! Only for them to send me someone else's order which was a regular cheese pizza. Beyond disappointed. Luckily door dash refunded me.
