Delivery guy was was awful! What am I giving a tip for when he calls me to walk to his car to get my order?!? Then, when he's told the soda is missing, he says there wasn't a soda on the order when there was and on the pizza box it CLEARLY says on the sticker "diet soda" his response then was "oh there wasn't anymore" so I told him this is our 2nd time we didn't get the soda ordered. I called the location and got lucky they answered and gave my order number and was told "the delivery guy will bring it." The delivery guy called me again saying he has the soda. I looked out, didn't see a car but walked down the driveway to see his car at the neighbors house. Just curious what my tip to him was for since both times I had to go get my order! I paid a delivery fee and I gave a tip. There was nothing blocking the driveway, there was nothing listed saying for him to call me so I can walk out for me to get my food. Did delivery change at papa johns that it's no longer delivered to my door? The food was correct and tasted fine. But, the delivery was so awful I would sooner order from other pizza places. In the past if they didn't have the type of soda they'd call and let me know and say what they had available. Annoyed I tip someone who didn't do there job, if they don't want to verify to make sure they have everything for the order before leaving to deliver and they don't want to get out of the car to deliver the food then don't be a delivery driver! I don't usually write reviews, but this is the 2nd time this happened. I had ordered a couple of weeks ago and was called to come out to get the order which was the first time the delivery person forgot the soda which was never given.

Awful. Disastrous and useless staff. They breathe because it is automatic because otherwise they would die. Unable to seek an order or serve it. Place orders one hour in advance.
as I walk in and I say hello no one greeted me there was a gentleman standing there looking at the other guy. The other guy did not even turn around and say hello. Another one came from the back and asked me for my name this is my first time ordering here in this location it will be my last time, my order took forever. I placed the order online to pick up. I spent $78.02. I paid the total at the when I start going through my pizza. They did one of my pieces wrong. I told the guy I ordered a chicken and bacon light sauce, pizza and he was not there. The man told me oh you can wait 10 to 20 minutes. Mind you they knew that I already waited longer enough to come and pick up my order. I will never come back to this location, customer service needs to be better , at least they gave me my refund back for that pizza they they messed up coming from the end if I could give them zero stars, I would not give them nothing at all. Worst customer service ever don’t waste your money here go somewhere else.

There was hair in my food. Possibly a pubic or armpit hair. Delivery took way longer than estimated. They also did not seal the boxes with a safety seal for delivery.

After 45 minutes my order never arrived. I called and was given rude customer service from the manager. They canceled the order and gave me information that did not match my order to then blame me for the order they cancelled.
