Do NOT get pizza from this place. I ordered on the app and the food took 40 minutes to be delivered from 0.7 miles down the road. Driver was very nice and accommodating. However, the food gave me food poisoning and I spent my last night on vacation in the bathroom. Also, by the time the pizza was delivered it was cold and ruined my appetite. DO NOT get food from this place if you can.

My mother did an online order for the 2 LARGE PIZZAS with 3 TOPPINGS SPECIAL for $29, but when she looked at the online order it was ONLY showing 1 large pizza , so she ended up canceling the ORDER! We ended up going to this location today! My Mother explained what happened to the young man & young woman working at the front. After explaining what happened to the online order , all the girl said yeah it’s an online special. My mom was trying to see if she was able to get SOME HELP from one of the employees to guide her in doing it there & either one was willing to HELP! Those 2 YOUNG employees that you have working in the front needs to learn good customer service!! Young people just don’t have it as it seems! Hopefully they do a better job with the elderly & handicap as my Mom should have gotten HELP! 😤😡😢😭 Lastly we won’t RETURN to this location!

Called and the guy working at 4:26 Pm on 12/20/2024 put me on hold as soon as I called , kept me on hold for almost 3 minutes before resetting the hold and putting me on hold again. I hung up and will Never call this place again. Will not recommend , better off calling Pizza Hut or going to another Pizza Hut branch.

Cashiers treat people badly, I looked for my order and a girl told me there were 5 minutes left but a boy told me 20 minutes (in a mocking way), very unethical 👎🏻
Waste my time waiting to order , and then the guys after a while , just told me it’s only online order 🤦🏻♂️ he should said it before or post a sign saying that .

Delivery guy was was awful! What am I giving a tip for when he calls me to walk to his car to get my order?!? Then, when he's told the soda is missing, he says there wasn't a soda on the order when there was and on the pizza box it CLEARLY says on the sticker "diet soda" his response then was "oh there wasn't anymore" so I told him this is our 2nd time we didn't get the soda ordered. I called the location and got lucky they answered and gave my order number and was told "the delivery guy will bring it." The delivery guy called me again saying he has the soda. I looked out, didn't see a car but walked down the driveway to see his car at the neighbors house. Just curious what my tip to him was for since both times I had to go get my order! I paid a delivery fee and I gave a tip. There was nothing blocking the driveway, there was nothing listed saying for him to call me so I can walk out for me to get my food. Did delivery change at papa johns that it's no longer delivered to my door? The food was correct and tasted fine. But, the delivery was so awful I would sooner order from other pizza places. In the past if they didn't have the type of soda they'd call and let me know and say what they had available. Annoyed I tip someone who didn't do there job, if they don't want to verify to make sure they have everything for the order before leaving to deliver and they don't want to get out of the car to deliver the food then don't be a delivery driver! I don't usually write reviews, but this is the 2nd time this happened. I had ordered a couple of weeks ago and was called to come out to get the order which was the first time the delivery person forgot the soda which was never given.
