Horrible customer service. Delivered cold pizza. Didn’t deliver everything else. Called them, they heard my complaint, left me on hold, and never picked up. Called three times after that and they immediately put me on hold with no pick up.

Box had no seal, meat was undercooked and pizza overall was mediocre. To top it up, the driver call me to get directions on how to find my house, mind you the house number is easily visible from the street. I've order many times from this same place, this is the first time I have so many things to complaint about. Very unfortunate :(

Do not order from this Papa John’s. They cancel your order and try to steal your money. I placed an order Saturday at afternoon. I go to pick it up and they say no order. The e-mail with the tracking says order ready to be picked up and there is a pending charge on my credit card.

worst personal service ever! these two acting like they are sitting in their house couches. not clean AT ALL,our receipt didn’t have any details and we got 1 cheese 1 pepperoni and it was 40 dollars. the vibe in the place was awkward,the personal staff didn’t wash their hands,girl with a ponytail when shouldn’t be hair between her and the food,not wearing gloves,anyways…WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER,it should be close.

I would like to order a pizza Hawaiian with thin dough but I would like with the regular dough not with a pre baked dough. I order before but I couldn't. Probably the guy wasn't in a good mood. Leave and find another place to buy a pizza. Please don't complain "there's no costumers"

My local papa's pizzeria. The food is what matters, and the food is what I love from this papa johns. The staff is friendly and the drivers are kind, compassionate, and speedy. I can order pizza at the beginning of a big game and I'll be eating by halftime. Only recommendation is to buy from here more than you already do.
