Terrible customer service the lady at cashier with bad eyelashes black hair I showed her the receipt from my order online that I made showing her the other half the way it was supposed to be. She still continued to say it’s not true. It’s not true and she did not want to change my pizza nor did she want to make me the correct pizza. So rude.

The service was awful, one of the girls (the one with black hair) was really disrespectful, I don’t know how you can hire people like that for costumer service. The quality of Papa John’s has been decreasing a lot but it’s not only on the pizzas but on their workers as well. No one deserves a bad treatment and a ruined meal due to the workers being unable to behave themselves.

Paid $24.68 to get no pizza. driver came, got himself lost and couldn’t find the building. claimed they called me 4 times but that my number was “incorrect” because it’s a california number?? i never got a call, and literally watched the driver drive past the wrong way and leave. called to talk to the manager and got attitude about how my number’s wrong and they called me and told me they have to take it back to the store. can’t get a refund bc that marked it as delivered. 😇
