Pizza didn’t come with a tamper proof sticker and had a thick hair on it. Truly disgusting. I tried calling and was placed on hold. Based on the other reviews it looks like people have had horrible experiences with the manager, so I won’t even try. I ordered from Uber. Not sure if this was the pizza place itself or Uber. Either way gross.

First and last time going to this Papa John. This is the extra large Philly cheese steak, or should I say cheese pizza with a couple of steak pieces, very disappointed, pizza preparation was fast but the pizz was unacceptable, I've seen more topics on gas station pizza

I ordered a pizza by Uber and the store delivered the pizza open to the driver without labol I don't want it, I called the store at 1:44 pm and the manager didn't give me her name, very very rude

Im leaving one star because I don’t have the option to leave zero stars. I ordered my pizza by phone at around 7:50 pm and I didn’t get the pizza until 9:30 pm, mind you I live 7-10 away max. I called several times the store and they kept saying that the order was “on the way”. Never did they apologize or offered to cancel the order. The pizza was cold by the time we received it. Very disappointed with this store. It has changed the way I used to see Papa John’s.

What a horrible experience! In all the years that I have which are 65. I have never eaten a pizza this horrible. The pizza arrived cold and the veggies were not well cooked. It was a delivery. Otherwise, I would have returned it.
