Wish I could give no stars!!! Terrible service. Ordered at 9:45 pm. App said the order was ready at 10:23. It’s 11 pm and they don’t have the food ready. The worst part is that the guy, with a beard starts raising his voice and giving excuses as to why pizza is not ready. I could see them in the back all pointing fingers at each other for not having the work done. Get it together!

Ordered pizza at 1130am, 30 minute wait. It is 1256pm and still shows no update on tracker. No call no update regarding delay. Straight bullsh...Been on hold 50 minutes, call and call and they answer with a simple please hold. Terrible service

Horrible experience, Second time I received my pizza a mess, as you could see. First picture was the first time I received my pizza mess. The second time was today March 19, 2024. I do not recommend this Papa Johns whatsoever, talk to the manager didn’t even apologize nor give me a discount for the inconvenience or send me something for free! No, bueno!!!!!

Worst customer service ever!! Manager doesn't care about customers. Ordered pizza with 2 different types of wings and only received 1 box of wings, called to make a complain and “manager” said there was nothing he could do. HQ need to train their employees and store manager to have better customer service skills. Will NEVER order from them again. Please do not waste your time with these people

The guy with the beard who served us today on the night on Tuesday 12th, is the rudest person in the world, he really needs a class of customer service, zero patience, zero friendly touch with the customer, totally disappointed that people like that exist... The food can be good but if you don't have a good customer service, believe me NO ONE is going to eat here. SO SAD!!!

The delivery times are ridiculous. The order times online saids one time and website online order saids another. This was a simple small personal pizza order. I cant imagine a large order for delivery. Pizza hut from now on.
3 hours wait for a delivery called store and manager stated that pizza was purchased at a discounted price with promo code therefoere 3 hours delivery wait it's justified

We ordered a pizza and they delivered it with no cheese when we only ordered it with less sauce. The manager then offered a credit but the next time we called to order a new pizza a horrifically rude manager picked up, we asked for his name and he repeatedly would hang up, yell, and curse ? just because we asked for his name.Never ordering again!!!!!
