Had a lovely meal; our waitress looked after us very well. The food was just what we were looking for. Bao buns exceptional.
Everything at Paper Fish was amazing! The miso soup, California roll, and rainbow roll were all super fresh and delicious. My Flower Blossom drink with Tito's was perfect! Highly, highly recommend this place — you'll love it!
Service and food was very good. Overall the restaurant could us some updating/deep cleaning. Would return.
We ended up here by accident and how great it turned out to be. We Were greeted quickly with smiles. Our server said he was going to rake care of us and he made it happen. We were celebrating our Daughters 16th bday so place was not so overbearing. It was filled with amazing people. We ordered and food came out fast and WOW was it great... We hade so much fun and had great sushi.

Pros: amazing atmosphere! Absolutely loved the creative and immersive decor. The food and drinks were, for the most part, delicious. And great happy hour deals! The highlights were the tropical yasai roll and chocolate ganache cake! The miso shishito peppers were also decent, but definitely was lacking in sauce.
Cons: my friend thought the truffle fried rice was bland (I disagreed with her!). The restaurant was quite loud (mostly from the music, but also because it was crowded on a Friday night), making conversation difficult. The main thing detracting from our dining experience was that our waitress was extremely unfriendly and inattentive.
One of the best sushi places, period.
The food is fresh, delicious and well presented.
This is one of those (rare) places where you can eat to your heart’s content and not feel like you overate. Quality. Quality. Quality.
We took their sushi class that was an amazing experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Chef Michael Asalie.

My friends suggested this place for a happy hour on a Friday evening. I got there a little earlier than they did and sat at the bar and was handed the menu for the Miami Spice month. It looked good, but I really wanted to try the happy hour menu my friends spoke of. So I had to ask for it. My friend arrived shortly after and we ordered drinks from it. The drinks not only were delicious, but also very appealing to the eye. The bartender was a little inattentive. She was on her phone for a long time, and genuinely I really don’t care, but I clocked it because we were one of the only group sitting there, and there was two of us, and then there was another person sitting by themselves, and we constantly were trying to have to get her attention. However, a second bartender arrived within 15-20 minutes and really turned the night around. We ordered a lot of sushi off the happy hour menu and all of it was amazing. So overall, this is a solid place for sushi and an adequate place for happy hour.

All the food came out at once. Most got cold by the time we got to it. Server didn't seem to understand why this is a problem.
Ana was a wonderful server! Highly recommend stopping by paperfish for the atmosphere, hospitality, and delicious sushi.
