Paperfish Sushi is an absolute gem if you love fresh, beautifully made sushi with amazing flavors. The vibe is modern, cozy, and super aesthetic perfect for a date night or a cute dinner with friends. The presentation is gorgeous, and every dish tastes as good as it looks. Probably the most fresh sushi I’ve had in a very very long time!! I had the salmon with avocado and sesame seeds and it was divine!!! My friend had the jalapeño sushi roll; also delicious. Wish I had taken a picture but I ate it so quickly that there was no time haha
Also the service was spectacular and the food came out quickly. The restaurant is also very nice and decorated beautifully.

We eat sushi at least a few times a month and I would rate this among the best 3 sushi restaurants we have ever eaten at. Ambience, great; Joy, our sever, fantastic: the food, simply amazing. Few places are really five stars. This one is.
