Pretty good place to stop by and get some pastries and treats! People were friendly and it looks like one of the main attractions on the tours!
The guava pastry was pretty decent. The pastry was decently buttery. Could use more guava filling inside. Wished they would make the pastry more flaky.
The cake on the second picture was way too sweet. The sweetness was way too much and I did not finish the whole thing.

Very bad experience. No welcome, no hello... Very unpleasant nonchalant employee... You need to change jobs, ladies.

I’ve been here twice and the first time I received a colada with coffee grinds in it and the second time, which was this past Saturday, I got food poisoning from eating two croquetas. Never coming back here again or will recommend anyone to go.

We unfortunately had to have breakfast here and it wasn't great. Weird bread, plastic plates and utensils . Tea was awful Lipton and they charging money for it.. coffee was just okay , dirty tables and overall not super friendly atmosphere. Maybe locals understand this place better.

We ordered two Cafe Cubano, one came with two lids and one did not closed tide and coffee spilled everywhere. The guava pastelitos were good, and the other dessert was good too (I don’t know the name of it.)

To come to this place, you want to assure that you can spend a lot of of time waiting to be served their products. So next time I’ll go I’ll probably be retired. Or on vacation.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The tartaleta de almendra was very good as was the papa rellena.

I ordered a breakfast with bacon ($7.95) and they charged me $9.5 because they told me the prices were wrong.
When I told them to give me breakfast with ham and add bacon ($7.95 + $1.5), they told me that that was not possible because it was no longer on the menu.
In the photo the letter with the products for sale appears.
Terrible management of the premises.
I won't recommend it.

The pastelitos are decent, the coffee is horrible, but not as bad as the customer service. The girl at the register is very rude, she never greets or barely even speak. It also takes a minute or two for anyone to even greet you or assist you and that is when the bakery is empty. I've given this place one too many chances because I know we all have bad days. But the horrible customer service and the burnt coffee has been consistent. Rico bakery is a little more expensive nut the coffee is consistently better and so is the customer service no mater how packed it is.

I’m here now actually. Pastries are plentiful. Smiles from the staff not so much. I did not accept the default 18% tip on my $80 to go order of patties. I will certainly come back for the food and value but it would just be great to have a smile and a thank you. Very clean in here.
