I’ve been visiting this place for years, but several times I’ve witnessed the rude attitude of the so-called “manager” toward both customers and employees. She has even humiliated the girls in front of others, which is completely unacceptable. I don’t understand how a business with such prestige allows this kind of behavior. I really hope the owners take action, because her attitude damages the reputation of the place and the work of those who truly act with respect.

One of the Best Bakeries in Miami and there are a few locations. The ladies are so nice and attentive, always ready to help. This bakery has delicious pastries and so much more. Honestly worth the money and tip. Great job great good great service. Gracias!!

I went there yesterday (6.24.25) to have breakfast and I ordered, among a few other items, a ham and cheese croissant. It was nothing to brag about, except that I was charged $7.00 for a thin portion of bread, a thin slice of ham and a thin slice of cheese. Guys, if it was a fulfilling and reasonable portion I would not be here. Nonetheless, I understand that inflation is killing us all, but please, stop robbing customers with exhorbitant prices for mediocre portions. You are very short of losing more customers, something you can't afford to have. Ps: the strategy of not posting a price menu at the locations works very well. The minute you do, your sales will go down.
I wish you good luck!
Great local bakery for coffee, desserts, and different sandwiches. Prices are good also.

Excellent place to have a coffee or Cuban pastry, their sandwich and dessert are outstanding, I recommend the guava and cheese pastries and the chorizo crab, their cakes are delicious, very good service and most importantly affordable prices

The old prices are like this for months.
Those old prices on the menu have been there for months.
Empanadas on the menu $1.85 when they charge they are $2.50 each empanada.
The breakfast that says $5.95 is $7.95.
Prepare your pocket because the prices on the menu are not today's prices. ?

It's a shame, instead of raising the price of the toasts, they are now smaller just like the crosan....
And like me, many have stopped going.
Would be nice if they had order online.

The breads are delicious, but the smoothies are very bad. They add a lot of sugar. Those from the afternoon shift work better.
The very best Cuban bread!
