Mi prima mando a hacer un cake y queria que le pusieran “felicidadez Obatala” y ellos se negaron pork dicen que es cosa del diablo MUY IRRESPETUSO Y POCOS PROFECIONALES.!!!!
They close at 8 but the women close the store really at 7 not good service
So sad to come to a this place at 7:30pm to get a coffee and because they clean the coffee machine then coffee can not be sale so they have everything ready to go home, it will be better to change the operation hours to 7:30pm. And today the person in charge a mature lady, was mad becuse at the end I purchase a coke and she had her register all done for next morning, I understand she wants to go home, but what about service, and customer service, seems like the customer is wrong to show at 7:30pm to ask for a cofee or they are selling too much that business is not needed at all or after that time. Thanks for reviews changes can be done, hopefully for the better..oooo another customer was told not service any longer..wow it is what it is.
The attendant who's working in your store closed the store early. it was like 7 minutes to 6:00. I could have snuck in to get it and just left. and what's worse is you pull on the door. she's there wiping things down but she doesn't even acknowledge what she's doing and just ignores the person at the door. A real bad taste that leaves in somebody's mouth man. hopefully you can correct it. hey man. just wanted to give you a heads up. but I was really disappointed just now. I went ahead and left the Fuddruckers where I'd eating some burgers and I went to the bakery to buy some sweets to take back to the hospital where my mom was admitted today. and I couldn't because the lady that was in the store closed the doors early 7 minutes before 6:00 for closing and you pull on the door and she doesn't even acknowledge that you're outside. just completely ignores you while some other girl with braided hair standing in the corner they don't even turn around. super rude. Left a really bad taste first of all to be closed early and second of all to not even be acknowledged. You could tell those people that work in there obviously are not the store owners cuz a store owner would have opened it up and attended to the very last customer. hopefully you can fix that

The food is fine, but one of the workers waited till a policeman was there then accused me of trying to steal because my payment didnt go through, even yelling across the store when I went back to my table to get another card. I wouldnt reccomend coming here if youre visibly nonwhite or look gay for that reason. The atmosphere was weird after that. Also the music was super loud and abrasive, all about wanting to die. Weird.
Delicious bakery and coffe

THEY ARE RACIST
I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at this bakery. I came in expecting to support a local business and enjoy some good baked goods, only to be turned away simply because I don’t share the same religious beliefs as the owner. Let that sink in — refused service not for behavior, not for anything I did, but for who I am and what I believe.
This kind of blatant discrimination is unacceptable, unethical, and frankly un-American. A bakery is not a church, and serving the public means serving all members of the public, not just those who fit into your personal worldview.
I will absolutely never return here, and I hope others think twice before supporting a business that chooses prejudice over professionalism. There are plenty of other talented, kind-hearted bakeries in town who are happy to serve everyone with dignity and respect.
I will certainly be reporting these bakeries with the Florida commission on human relations (FCHR).
As a bakery it has a poor selection to choose from. The cakes didn't look fresh, neither the pastries. Prices are high for a place that needs to improve the product quality and the overall looks.
Tasty. Best Cuban Bread
The Owners of Party Cake Bakery are amazing. Most of their bakeries provide quality food and service. However, this one in particular does not hold up to what the chain is known for. The staff provide poor service and often have customers waiting unnecessarily. Their selection of items are limited very early in the day. Unlike other bakeries, they do not extend preparation courtesy.

Too slow and doesn't have education to serve to a customer

terrible experience in this bakery.
walked in, waited in line for them to tell me to stand in front of the pastries. waited there for 10 minutes for them then to tell me to go back to the register?? this was the manager,
the second lady didnt take notes so she forgot the order, and the third lady charged me an extra coffee. All of them were rude and were not clear whether theyd serve us or not. This ended up being $35 instead of the expected $20 because all the prices being displayed are WRONG.
+ they forgot a tequeño and didnt give anything extra to compensate.
moral of the story, dont go here. 8th street is better but double check pricing.

I have been a client of this particular bakery for some time now. Idk if they sold the place or they hired the wrong ppl . The treatment was horrible, the person who was “ taking care” of us had a long face the entire time . What a disappointment. They just lost an every weekend client.

Cake was so ugly and nothing like the one I asked for. Mind you she took a picture of the design I requested . They freestyle and added their own touch to it. I had to purchase a cake elsewhere last minute. No way I would have displayed this ugly thing at my daughter’s birthday party. None of the employees speaks English, not even “broken” English. I know it’s Miami/ South Florida but come on !
Oh and they charged me $10 more for a chocolate flavored cake. I thought vanilla and chocolate were standard flavors.
Contemplating if I should bring them back the cake or throw it in the trash. First and last!

I still don't know how the people at this place keep their jobs. You arrive and they serve you when it suits them and they don't care if the client is in a hurry or without time, they make a bad face at you, they treat you as if you were someone. For example, the place is empty and I, as a client, have been there for more than 30:00 minutes and they are meeting talking badly about other shifts. The owner and manager of the premises. Maybe it would sell more but the delays make customers leave the premises. Due to the number of meetings that the staff has, it should be called the Party Cake assembly.
