When you walk into this bakery you feel the tension and bad energy. The ladies working are not very friendly or helpful. But they sure ask for a tip at the end. I just left the bakery and had to throw away my order. I ordered two Cuban toast that were drenched in butter. I mean I love butter but this was to much. My breakfast sandwich also had an excessive amount of butter. What a waste. This is not the first time... definitely not going back and don't recommend this place unless you're looking to elevate your cholesterol levels or end up with heart disease.

Twice I have been given the wrong order. All these women tripping in top of each other but it takes forever to move customers in the line. They are also always begging for tips, saying loudly "DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE A TIP?" Very annoying especially since you go there and takes a long time to get your order to then realize they gave you someone else's food. Today, the cashier was socializing with a customer while there was a big line. Never again. I rather go to Publix from now on.

There was one large employee (old lady) smoking a cigarette by the front door. There was a tiny old lady preparing coffee & There was one young lady taking FOREVER to wipe a few tables.. refusing to take care of customers when asked. Their juice machine was a mess and didn't have orange juice. They had no prepared MIXED pastelito trays. Unacknowledged, I was waiting by the register to literally order ONE loaf of bread. A few more customers entered & I realized I should ask "do I need to make the line to buy one piece of bread" and the said "yes"... considering how slow they where I decided to leave. This place will make you contemplate suicide. Note to the owner - pay your employees more or, get some new ones because, it's clear they hate it there! Also, get on UberEats because your food is fresh, I just don't want to waste my time standing there. Pasé el sábado alrededor de la 1:00 p. m., para mi sorpresa, había menos de 5 clientes. Había una empleada grande (anciana) fumando un cigarrillo junto a la puerta principal. Había una pequeña anciana preparando café y había una joven que se llevaba PARA SIEMPRE a limpiar unas cuantas mesas... negándose a cuidar de los clientes cuando se les preguntó. Su máquina de jugo era un desastre y no tenía jugo de naranja. No tenían bandejas mixtas de pastelito preparadas. Sin ser reconocido, estaba esperando junto a la caja registradora para pedir literalmente UN pan. Algunos clientes más entraron y me di cuenta de que debería preguntar "¿necesito hacer la cola para comprar una pieza de pan?" y dijeron "sí"... teniendo en cuenta lo lentos que fueron decidí irme. Este lugar te hará contemplar el suicidio. Nota para el propietario: ¡paga más a tus empleados o consigue algunos nuevos porque está claro que lo odian allí! Además, suégase a UberEats porque su comida es fresca, simplemente no quiero perder el tiempo parada allí.

Their pastries are excellent but their treatment of the consumer is quite unpleasant, you call by phone to place orders and they ignore your call, you arrive at the place and the employees talking and talking look at the phone and laugh and do not answer, long lines of costumers waiting and They act like nothing and only one box to collect and talking and laughing as if the place wasn't full, in truth everyone complains about the lack of service, as a business owner, I don't think I would ever employ such inconsiderate people.
