I am a regular customer. I've always bought the same thing. But I don't know if they aren't cleaning the toast machine properly, because now I can order toast, croissant or choripan and everything has the same bad taste of old and greasy food. I go here because they are my favorite croquettes, but if the quality of the rest is declining, the croquettes won't save them.

I’ve been a costumer of the party bakery located in the Hammocks plaza (in front of Hurricane Grill & Wings) for a long time. I am very dissatisfied with the service. There are many irregularities. For example, I have seen that they stop making orange juice early in the morning even though the machine is working and they have oranges on the floor. Most of the time they don’t have bread in the afternoon. The coconut pastries are not the same. The new staff wants to start cleaning early and stop making food to fill out the windows. Very disappointed.

Everything we bought was very delicious and freshly made. The ham croquetas were the best!!! The ladies are very nice and took care of us quickly. This was my first time here and will definitely come back when I’m in town.

I love this bakery and enjoy a wonderful breakfast here on a regular basis. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is excellent! However, considering this is a "family oriented bakery" more consideration should be extended to the wonderful group of faithful employees. The owners should never forget their own working experiences during those days working at Publix. Opening the bakery and expecting staff to show up on New Year's day is unfair and goes against all family values! These people have families also and deserve at least the first day of the year off! It's called courtesy and demonstrates gratitude for the work they do!

I've been to this place about three or four times and every time I get there I tell myself that I'm not going to return... even talking to acquaintances who live in the area I mentioned it and they all have the same opinion. It doesn't matter the location or if the place is good; everything is the service, of all the Cuban bakeries this is the worst,In general, Cubans have no idea what customer service is but this location went overboard!I prefer to drive a little further than to come in here and wait half an hour for a coffee because the first one is served last and the last one is served first, there is no control over the orders, they are all from the mouth of “so and so, a coffee for such and such a person” "and if someone comes in who comes every day and they know him, they prioritize him before the people who were before him, there is no control at all in the orders, while the tarts and tarts are in the back." talking and not paying attention.

PEOPLE ARE SO BEAUTIFUL.SERVICE THE BEST.PRODUCTS SO DELICIUOS.THE VERY
Horrible customer service!!! I called there to order a cake and the person picked up the phone in Spanish and when she heard me speak English she just hung up on me!! That’s extremely rude and unprofessional. This is America and the fact that they just hang up on English speakers customers is absurd.

This is a scam. They are paying Indian people to hype up the rating.

This location and it's staff are so accommodating. I had a last minute event for a Wednesday 630 am and I called them Tuesday at 830 am and they got it all done. Not only did they customize the cake from the party package but the bocaditos, croquetas and pastelito all were super fresh. Everyone at work loved the cake so fluffy and not too sweet. The bocaditos also a Big hit with fresh bread almost tasted like Hawaiian bread and the spread was a perfect proportion. I had never ordered and now they made me a fan .I heard the breakfast is good so I will be back. Big thanks to all the wonderful ladies who took amazing care of me!!
super expensive
