I have been going to Party Cake Bakery for a while. The last 5 orders I have done there is always a missing item I ordered and already paid for, arroz con leche. It is always an issue...I just went to pick up my order today and guess what...Arroz Con Leche not there! Honestly, I wasn't surprised but I was upset...Your employees know me and they were super sorry...They give good service and that is not why I will NEVER go to a Party Bakery again. You need to address this as a company. I am sure I am not the only one that has encountered this.

Don’t buy bacon from this nasty place you will get dirty greasy black bacon look at the photo, this is horrible this was cooked in oil that’s so dirty it looks like motor oil

This place runs like a paycheck factory. I showed up early, and even though there were already three customers waiting outside — and one already inside — they refused to open the doors until exactly 6:30 a.m. on the dot. That alone tells you how little initiative or consideration exists here.
When they finally opened, I was helped by someone named Allison. The interaction was as cold and mechanical as the rest of the place. There were at least a dozen employees behind the counter, yet only two were actually serving customers. The others wandered around aimlessly, giving the impression of work without actually doing any.
It’s the same experience at every Party Cake Bakery: lifeless service, no energy, no pride, and no sense of urgency. The pastries and coffee are fine, but the environment makes you want to take your business anywhere else. This place may open on time, but it certainly doesn’t show up for its customers.
